It's hard to believe that this is the same place I grew up around! The owner is rude the shop guys don't know much about cars, especially tires. They put tires on my car and even though I went up a size they still put them on wore my brake lines into a grove into my front tires!! When addressed I was in the wrong and was told what dumbass puts bigger tires on their vehicle!!!! That's when I stated that maybe his dumbass workers should have told myself that they were to big!! I mean that is their JOB!!! I was told to leave

I bought 2 new tires for the front end of my truck. They were install on Wednesday 5/29. The next morning when I reached speeds of 55 or great, the front end began to shake. At 70 mph, it shook bad. On Friday I called the store to see when I could bring it in. First phone call I was put on hold and 7 minutes later, I was still on hold. I call back, I was immediately put on hold again for another 7 minutes and no one returned. I drove to the store, I explained the problem and asked if the rear tires could be balanced as well. This was at 11:30 and I was asked to return at 2. I returned at 2. One of the tires was out of balanced but the shop supervisor said it wasn’t enough to cause shaking. The original supervisor who told me to come back at 2, then told me the tire was out of balance. I asked him to check the rear. He said they couldn’t because they were busy. I specifically said when I stopped by after being put on hold for 15 minutes without talking to a person, I need to find out why it’s shaking and need to make sure the rears are good. I came back and then they don’t have time to look at the rear tires after a shop supervisor told me the front tire was not out of balance enough to cause shaking. The purchase of the tires was great. The installation and rebalancing was not.
