diagnostic reading

Mr. Walters, Please check your invoice number 8370 on 6/25/15 at 9:09:15 Batch 000989 for an error. You had done a diagnostic reading on my vehicle and found only that your equipment indicated "rough road conditions" had prompted my warning lights (ABS and check engine) to come on and that there was no other problems. You told me that the total charge was $35.00 for that reading and I paid you via credit card and you gave me the receipt as described above. I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that when you punched in the numbers you hit a "9" instead of the "3" because the ticket receipt reads "Total $95.00 ". I have tried to call you in this regard but there has been no answer at your listed phone number on this date (7/7/15). Please post a valid phone number so that I can call you and tell you where you can send the $60.00 if you are interested in making this error right. Star rating will be changed after a couple of weeks pending your reply. Thanks
