I had Honest repair the urgent matter only. Seems to be holding up so far. The other items listed were broken down by severity, the biggest issue was the whole front brake set up needed replaced due to a faulty caliper. I took my car to 2 other shops. Both other shops said my brakes/rotors were perfectly fine, no caliper issue, even ware. I can't trust Honest Wrenches to not nickel and dime a person.

He let me know what the price would be from the start along with let me know how long it would take to complete. By the time i got my sprinter towed to him he had a bay open and waiting. I have dealt with quite a few shops from out of town and this was by far the best service i have had in years. Very polite and they called me with any change at all in price, timeframe, and different options of parts. Highly recommended for any fleet owners that have issues in the Des Moines/Urbandale area!
