Boat Ballast repair

Beware of this company they lack professionalism and the willingness to keep the customer happy We were told to take our boat here by the original company we purchased our boat from so we trusted that it was a good company, boy were we wrong. The owners want to do nothing but argue with you and tell you that you're a liar. We took our 2013 boat there with 150 some odd hours on it they came back with 20 more hours it came back with an empty tank of gas the upholstery cushions had to be removed to have a ballast worked on half the screws won't even put back in the boat they're just sitting in cupholders now our stereo doesn't work and it was never even supposed to be touched the batteries were run down. The boat appears to have been left outside in the elements without the cover on which we have never done before. Also when I stepped into our boat the bow was so soaked with water that water was bubbling out of the upholstery seams. There's a new scratch on the side of our boat that was never there before looks like somebody drug something down the side of it about 7 feet long. When we tried to bring it to the companies concern all they did was laugh and say that we were trying to accuse them of something. We are not trying to accuse anybody of anything we are simply trying to get answers to these questions because our boat didn't go to quality auto and Marine in the condition that we received it back in when we contacted the company with our concerns they got defensive and very rude.
