Eurosport specializes in service and repair of BMW, Mercedes, Mini Cooper and Porsche. Our Technical staff is ASE certified, Dealer Trained, and hold degrees in Automotive Technology. Our Porsche team is certified in flat 6 engine repair and service. We are the only IMS certified facility in Idaho. We maintain a clean and productive climate controlled facility. We use quality German auto parts. We have resources in the aftermarket and dealer resources to provide the parts you need to keep your European vehicle maintained.

It sounds to me like the power steering pump is cavitating under some conditions. Perhaps not enough fluid added after the repair. I haven't driven it much since you fixed it. I will listen carefully for the next week or so to determine if I need to bring it in again. The reason customer service was not a 5 is because I was unable to contact you by phone during business hours to determine if the vehicle was ready.

Did not get new part. They had to use a part from a used salvaged vehicle. I had to pay for them to get the old part off and put on my vehicle. A double pay :( Since I have had to do this 2 times I felt it was kinda expensive. But I would recommend everyone to go to them. I will always go back to them. If you are going to own a special car it is going to cost money.

While I sure did not want to replace the water pump, stuff happens and Eurosport did a great job. Everything was handled really well and the debrief was eye opening and appreciated. Tina is a great driver and I love the transport back and forth from the shop.
