Post accident estimate

My husband and I took our car here for a post accident estimate. Robert was pleasant to speak with. Left my car there for a majority of the day for them to inspect and take pictures for the insurance company. The next day my insurance company had only gotten one pic from Collins. I had to take my car back down to the shop for them to take additional pics. Collins only sent pics of the four corners of my car. They sent no pics of damaged areas except the bumper. When the insurance company requested pics of damaged areas claimed in the estimate they refused to send them! Something just isn't right with this picture. I had many people tell me Collins was a shady operation, but With it being a small town I wanted to see for myself... Lets just say I have never dealt with an outfit that refused to do work... I even called and left a message with rob letting him know what happened and he hasn't tried to contact me. Very dissatisfied customer and I won't ever use them again!
