I brought in my 2003F 250 power stroke to have them diagnose what was wrong with it. $600 later my truck is still broken and they’re only responses To replace my turbo, we could’ve started there and I would not have had to spend the 600 But they did a poor job of diagnosing and communication. I would not recommend the shop to anybody who cares about their vehicle, and doesn’t want to just throw money away. Anybody can be a parts replacer it takes a mechanic to diagnose, and these guys did not diagnose.

Came in for an oil change, no problems. Really liked being brought back to be shown the issues found during a standard check. Only problem was the tech told me there would be a list of those for me and this was not provided. Otherwise I'd bring my business back.

This is a family owned business and when you walk out in you’re part of that family. They’re honest and very trustworthy. I’ve sent a couple of friends and they said they wouldn’t be going back to the dealership for service. Thanks guys

I appreciate the focus on customer service at The Hive. They have always done a good job of making me feel cared for and comfortable. Prices and turnaround times are great compared to other Auto Repair services I have used. I will recommend them to my friends and family anytime :-)

The oil change on the Jetta was fine, but when you switched out the tires you didn't check the air pressure, and the next day I noticed they were all low and I had to deal with it. Guess I should check the Mazda tires. Always been happy with your service previously, so we'll be back!

I’m always glad that the hive can get me an appointment quickly and easily. My only issue was that when I picked up my car it was parked on the street behind the shop and my car was unlocked. It doesn’t make me feel comfortable knowing that was unchecked, but would like to pass it along to make sure doors are locked when they are left off property.

Just went in for an oil change was pretty quick but then the team wanted to show me a few things on my vehicle that they noticed. Nothing major and quick fixed that didn't cost a bunch. Plus they looked up the service history and made fair recommendations. Other businesses would have definitely tried to milk the money out of you. Class act group of workers who treat you like family. Highly recommend.

I liked the kind and courteous employees there. Everyone was nice to me. They said it'd take about an hour, and it did. When everything was finished, I was surprised to see a rose and a small box of chocolate on the dash. I gave the rose in the small box of chocolate to my wife, she liked that. Thank you, Andy
