The good folks at Plaza told me last time I was in for something else that I would likely need new tires soon, and they were right! We waited a bit too long, and ended up with a blowout on the highway. Luckily nobody was hurt, and we were able to drive on the spare to get it to Plaza. They gave thorough information on all of our available options, and while I don't like accumulating more debt when I don't have to, I was glad that I qualified for the CFNA Plaza Bridgestone/Firestone credit card. The staff was able to answer all of my questions and get me taken care of within a reasonable amount of time, even though I hadn't had time to make an appointment. Our new tires are working great, and we'll definitely be back for any other needs.

I stopped in to get my tires rotated. The staff was friendly and got me right in. I couldn't ask for better service. It was free of charge since I bought the tires and road hazard package there. The technician answered all my questions and gave me an estimate on replacing the shocks. Highly recommend!

I just want to say how pleased I am with the service at Anna Plaza Tire. They took the time to address the problem and even took the time to show me why my car was making the "funny" noise. He thoroughly explained everything to me! He could have tried to sell me four shocks, but only showed me where two were worn. I really appreciated his honesty!! They tried to help me find coupons to lower the cost of the new tires. They didn't have to do that! I appreciated that so much! I also want to say, that I've been in there getting an oil change and I've noticed that they go out of their way to help individuals in need/crisis over their vehicles!! I haven't forgotten that. So, Anna Plaza Tire will be the only place I will get my oil changed! I could go to Cape Girardeau since I live a little closer, but I know the guys in Anna will take care of me and be honest. Also, they seem so knowledgeable about vehicles. Thank you

I had a roofing nail on my old car and had it fixed at Plaza in Anna. They got me in very quickly and then staff was very careful and professional with my car.

My Jeep started making a horrible noise while driving. It was coming from the right front wheel/brake area. Went straight to the plaza tire shop in Anna Illinois and the staff got our vehicle in immediately and removed the wheel and began troubleshooting. They found a small rock that was wedges in the rotor and brake area. Removed the rock and we were in our way. Great service and great people.

My check engine light came on and Autozone test said it was an O2 sensor. I took car to Plaza Tire and bought 4 new tires and asked them to fix O2 sensor. Was charged about $300-400 to clean induction system and change O2 sensor. Drove car 30 miles and check engine light came car back and they just turned off check engine light. Drove car again 20 miles and check engine light came back on. Took car back today and they said it might be the 2nd sensor and they wanted $289 to possibly try and fix problem that had not been fixed. I informed them I would take car to a real mechanic. BTW the managers were nice, just the mechanics were costly and worthless as I paid big bucks and problem not solved

I was not happy at all with my last visit. Although the staff at the Anna, IL store were great and accommodating in trying to get the tires I needed to keep my landscaping business going at full capacity I can not say the same with warehouse/store staff in Cape Girardeau. Apparently the supply staff would rather play games than ensure customer satisfaction. Because of them playing games on the phone with the store manager with me standing there and hearing it they failed to even put the tires on the truck for delivery that day. Needless to say, that piece of equipment was down then for four days rather than the one day that it should have been and that was after purchasing the tires else where otherwise it would have been down five days if they even got placed on the truck for delivery.

Anna Service Center tire repair experience - fantastic. Couldn’t have had better service while our tire puncture was remedied. Relying on the franchise chain of Plaza Tire operations is a blessing. I live in Murphysboro and routinely trade there. When I discovered my tire was flat in northern Alexander County, I called Murphysboro. Ian in Murphy called Anna and I limped the vehicle there, There I was greeting by Rob, the regional manager who happened to be there, and he and the Anna crew swiftly diagnosed the issue and repaired the tire. We were done and on the road again in no time. Without reservation I recommend Plaza for tires and service.
