I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. The staff at Awesome are a very friendly, fair and honest group. Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Took my son's car in as I didn't have time to look at it....awesome service, explained everything to my wife and answered her questions so that she understood everything....and they actually came in under their estimate! I have been taking my vehicles to Curt at Hartman Beeline for many, many years. The work has, except for once, always been top of the line. This included alignment, brake service, suspension work on multiple trucks, compacts, and minivans. Yes, I have been going to Beeline for almost 20 years. The one time it was not perfect, they took care of it immediately and appoligetically.
