I took my truck to Plaza tire in Sparta because I had a good experience before and this time was just as good if not better. They kept me abreast with the work being done, were friendly and very personable. The work they did was just as good as any other shop. I would recommend them if you needed work done on your vehicle.

I brought my car in for an oil change tire rotation and an oil leak fixed at the oil Pan. Brought it there because they could fix everything and I would only be without my car one time Only to find out they do not fix oil leaks. Now I have to be without my car another day. The service I received was good the information I got was bad.

After the bitter cold weather, I tried to start my car but the battery was dead. I called for help and after they got my car started the mechanic suggested I have my battery checked. I went to Plaza Tire at Sparta, I didn’t have an appointment and they were very busy. I went in to make an appointment. The gentleman behind the counter asked me if I could come back at 4:00, they didn’t have the type of battery but would be able to get it. I actually needed to get groceries so it was a great time for me. When I returned, they took my car immediately, and about 20 minutes later I was on my way home. Outstanding customer service. My wife went there for an oil change. Someone told her that the engine needed flushed. There's NO way the engine needed flushed the vehicle has low miles. You took advantage of her. She went in for an oil change and it ended up costing $176 for the flush, engine treatment and fuel treatment. My son's and I have been buying tires there for years. The mechanic service is good; however, they do not comply with the state mandates for COVID-19 safety. The employees do not wear masks. The employees who drive your vehicle in and out of the facility, especially, should wear a mask while inside your vehicle. I felt it necessary to sanitize my van before I drove it home with all 4 windows down. Anti-maskers dominate in the very small waiting area. Courteous service includes following simple rules for health. Because of this, I will not return to Plaza Tire Service in Sparta.

We had issues with our tires that we purchased a little over a year ago and the Sparta Plaza Tire worked with us to get us new tires. They were able to pro-rate our old tires since we were just over our 1 Year warranty to give us some credit towards the new ones. I do have to say, at first they told us that there was nothing they could do for us because it is just the nature of the car/sport tires. We were very upset since it had only been a year. We went in a second time and spoke to someone else (possibly a manager/owner) and he had us new tires ordered and installed in two days. We buy all of our tires and have all of our oil changes/tire rotations done at Plaza Tire. We have always been highly satisfied and received excellent service. I will still give 5 stars because our end result was very satisfying! We now have a much smoother and quieter riding car!

I had a punctured tire when I went out to my truck in the morning, so I aired it up at home and then dropped it off at the Sparta Plaza Tire before they opened.
