The handling and ride quality of the car is noticeably improved after the shocks were replaced. I am not pleased with the repair that was made to one of the wheels. The bend in the outer face rim was not completely removed and many scratches and dings were added to the area near the bend. There is also some fine cracking or crazing of the paint. I would definitely not have this service performed if I knew what the results would be.
Appointment was at 1:30, but the car was taken in only at 2:20 because... read more Appointment was at 1:30, but the car was taken in only at 2:20 because the mechanics were at lunch. This was very unprofessional since we had to wait there for almost An hour despite of having an appointment and confirming it multiple times with the owner. Bob was also very rude despite of the issue being at his end. He did do a thorough inspection though once the car was taken in- the customer service needs to be improved desperately. It was a frustrating experience.
