Front windshield review mini van
I had a great experience with Auto Glass Expert. I worked with Zach and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I called at around 9pm and they answered even that late. He came to my house the next day to replace my front windshield. He called before coming and was on time. The service took less than an hour. My windshield looks great. I did ask about the other review on here that's negative and felt like he explained it well. There are two sides to every story! Also, their price was cheaper than a few other places who quoted me. I would use Auto Glass Expert again. Great experience.

Replaced front windshield and back window
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY REPAIRS TO YOUR CAR. HE IS HORRIBLE. I had my front windshield and my back glass replaced on my 2001 Cadillac STS He said it would be replaced with the exact window from manufacturer. He lied. My original front windshield had a rain sensor, and the one he installed did not. If that wasn't enough, I now have a rip in my leather seats, and scratches on the side of my car and the trunk. The plastic around my seat belt is also broken. He left glass on my floor, in the seats and in my trunk. I've tried calling and texting several times, and of course he won't return my phone calls. This makes me more determined to get him to make things right. Greenwood Cadillac is the one that gave me his name. There is another review on the yahoo webpage that complained about him doing the same exact damage to his vehicle. If you want your car done right by someone with integrity and to be honest, this is not the guy for you. Absolutely terrible in every way.
