Several things but primarily a replacement of a blower motor in 2005 Acura TL
Andrew is meticulous, honest, and hard working. He can help with problems that other mechanics don't want to help with or can't figure out. I would highly recommend him for any person with an import.

Power Steering pump repair

Infiniti maintenance
Andrew is great. He worked on my 2005 Infiniti G35x three times over the span of about seven months, replacing both front wheel bearings and a camshaft position sensor, in addition to several other smaller repairs. I value his diligence and the quality of his work, and would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Indianapolis area. Andrew surprised me when he polished the headlights, free of charge, each time he had my car. It was a nice touch that I appreciated.

What hasn't Andrew done for my cars?
I am grateful to have Andrew LaCava and his team close to me. He is a great resource for import cars. I have taken my Infiniti and Acuras to him and find him refreshing and trustworthy. I appreciate Exclusive Automotive and will return.

Rear brakes
Andrew has worked on our Lexus for a year now with minor repairs. This brake service provided was one major service we have had done and the work was superb. Nothing but great service from Andrew who goes the extra mile in not only explaining in detail the work performed but also gives fair pricing. We will always take our vehicle to Andrew.

Intermittent check engine light on when engine was cold. Also basic maintenance, oil change, etc.
After their tuneup and service, my Mazda runs the best it has in a about a year. Excellent work! Of particular note, the engine experienced a behavior where the engine light would come on every-now and then when starting up cold. The behavior was very hard to replicate but the team at Exclusive Automative stuck with it until they were able to isolate and trouble shoot the issue. I've have other mechanics who would have quit upon first attempt to replicate a difficult issue and just gave the car back to us with a "...it all worked fine for us in the shop, so there is nothing we can do... just bring it back when it happens again" which can be frustrating and time consuming back-and-forth process. I was grateful to not have to encounter that kind of frustration with Exclusive Automotive. Would highly recommend.

Nissan Maintenance
I have used Exclusive Automotive for 10 years now and for multiple vehicles (Infiniti, Nissan, and Kia). I have recommended family, friends, and coworkers because I have been so impressed and satisfied with the service. When I bought my current vehicle, I specifically purchased an import so that I could continue using Exclusive. I consistently bring my current vehicle for routine maintenance tasks, but have also had a complete engine rebuild and everything in between throughout the years. No matter what the work is, it’s consistently high quality, thorough, and completed on-time. The service is always top-notch and friendly. Additionally, the car is always washed and vacuumed after every service, no matter how small the service was. Exclusive takes the time to explain what work is needed and is quite accurate on time and price estimates. Andrew also makes diligent notes about upcoming regular maintenance and stresses safety concerns that need to be addressed. I have the utmost confidence in the quality of the work and trust it implicitly. I will continue to use Exclusive for all future needs and for the new vehicle I plan to purchase in 2017. Highly recommend!
