Before that, I ran one of those Lube-in-a-Box type places for three years that specializes in trying to strong-arm their customers into buying more than they intended and wanted. After a long-standing difference of opinion on the RIGHT way to do business, I finally left that big business to form my own company where I could treat customers right, where I could feel like I was actually helping someone. Here at My Car Doc, we treat our customers like people, not like an ATM machine like my previous employer does.
