Water pump
Brought vehicle in for coolant smell. Was verified and water pump was replaced. Still having coolant smell after repair.

Starter replace and troubleshooting
During the changeout of my battery (which I did not authorize) the tech knocked my windshield washer reservoir cap off and lost it. They just left it this way and gave the car back without saying anything. This place used to be good but it seems to be going down hill.
