The owners of Norman Glass are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have brought in several framed pieces that have required repair either because of bug infiltration or damage to an older frame. Helen is always able to fix the problem. I have also had many prints framed here and she is able to pick 3 or 4 frame and mat combinations for me to choose from, which makes it easy to decide. GREAT BUNCH AND VERY FREINDLY. SERVICE A LOT MORE INVOLVED THAN EXPECTED. BUT THEY STOULD BY THERE ORIGINAL QUOTE AND NEVER ASK FOR MORE MONEY. I OWN AN UNUSUAL CAR RX8 MAZDA THAT NOT ALL SHOPS WELL SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMEND AMERICAN BRAKE CENTER FOR ALL YOUR SERVICE NEEDS.
