Did not repair right first time. Ended up damaging my van on 3rd attempt at repair. Water still leaks inside car and whistle from bad seal. Work was farmed out to a shop in Burlington, KY. Neither shop nor Safelite Autoglass would fix correct or at end refund money. After reporting damage to my car, safelite conviently came up with an excuse - their repair guy made a note of random dings on side of car before repair. I disagree and they never would provide copy of this note. They also denied the repair for the damage their repair guy did.
