Multiple Auto repairs and services
Ricky Ary and his staff are amazing! I have used him for over 2 years now on all my household auto's. We have a total of 5 in our home. They do our maintenance (oil changes ect) and have fixed everything that we have needed fixed quickly, professionally and most of affordable. They are true "hometown honest people". I highly recommend Ary's garage for ANY and ALL of your automobile service/repair needs!

Alternator
I was new in town and had to have my car towed cause alternator went out. The wrecker guy recommended Arys auto service. The guys at Arys auto service gave me a ride to work and had my car ready by the time I got off!! I have been a loyal customer ever since. Great prices always helpful. I won't go anywhere else.

Axle repair
I went here when my axle went out on drivers side of my car. I had just moved to Hopkinsville and was very leery about having my car fixed by someone new. I also explained to him my reservations and I was assured it would be done right. Imagine my surprise when I had to have a repair done on my car last week of Feb 2013 and my axle was shot, ready to go out. (Seen it for myself) I was stunned. So basically I had to repair and put in $300 to have that fixed, again. I was already charged by this place of almost $300. I had to pay for a tow to the shop, I was told part would not be in till following day, due to part wouldn't be in. I walked from my home on S Main, to Ary's to pick up the vehicle following day and was given a receipt that stated axle was replaced. I am beyond upset. What a scam! If that is how a business treats it's new military families relocating to here, well shame on you. So I don't care about other experiences or how many years this place has been in business, this place charged me a lot of money for a service that was not rendered. I'm sure someone thought it was real funny when I walked out the door thinking my car was fixed. My car was rigged just right to make it drivable for awhile until it would completely go out. I have contemplated turning into the BBB, because this is ridiculous , and some people shouldn't get away with things. Once again a big thank you for the way you treat your veterans and their families, a great welcome to our town! I will make sure to let others know that this is not the place to get your car fixed and receive winning customer service.
