automobile purchased
Mike's Motor is the best car lot that I ever been to. I purchased my Ford Taurus at Mike Motor's about a year ago and it runs very well. The salespeople are wonderful and they do not pressure you into buying an automobile like other car lots I've been to. I highly recommend my friends, family and others searching for a car to go to Mike's Motors on Preston Hwy.

Bought a 1995 Ford Explorer -
My husband was starting a new job and we needed a vehicle for him to get back and forth to work. We looked at several different places and now I wish we would've went to one of those places. We bought a black '95 Explorer, and the guy that sold it to us told us that he had several people looking at it but if we were willing, he would make sure we got it. We got the insurance for it, and went to pay the last half on the price of the truck. ($2,500 was too much - I wouldn't pay 25 cents for anything on their lot after this experience!) We started driving home, and the truck broke down. I looked at the fuel gauge immediately - IT WAS EMPTY! They sold us a vehicle that was sitting on empty! My husband had been up there and paid the first part on the truck earlier that morning, and the gauge said it was 1/2 full. Well, how does that happen? After we called them, they brought us ONE GALLON of gas, and that literally was JUST ENOUGH to get us from where we were broke down to the nearest gas station. We had the truck for a total of SIX WEEKS before the fuel pump went out and it had a bad battery as well. Fair warning! If you are looking for a vehicle, I would steer clear from any of the Mike's Motors locations. Hope that this helps you. I wish that someone would have told us about how crappy they are before we went there.

sold us a car
DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SELLING JUNK. Bought a vehicle from them and the brakes went out within 30days. found out it had a cracked axel and grease was leaking into the rear drums. over $1500 in repair cost to fix it. Salesman Brent Ashcraft said the car was the best on the lot the day he sold it, now says not their problem. Bragged about wanting to have the customer return over and over again to by cars from Mike's Motors, LOL well not this sucker. Once is enough. If you too have had issues, get the word out, file a compliant with the BBB.
