I told the manager the problem i was having He had the technician to check my tires to see if he could fine problem sure enough he found my problem with one of my tire sensors was rereplaced and my low tire pressure warning light stopped coming on more than i can say about the Mayfield store where i live they told me there was nothing wrong I will not visit that store again for anything

I went in on Tuesday needing new tires, Jason, who is always helpful and very professional. We decided on a tire that they had to order, Jason ordered the tires and I left. It was one of those times where I had a day off and was trying to squeeze in several things on a list I had been putting off for a short time. My vehicle has an odd size tire. I had located a couple of possibilities for replacement, however not totally sure. Jason said he might locate added choices. After a day or two he called and provided an additional option which he could order. I had been out of town and he notified me that the tires were in. On my return I called and had an immediate appointment. Arrived about 10 minutes later and the "team" addressed the installation. Within 30 minutes tires were on, balanced and ready to go. Recently I had new rear brakes put on at Plaza Tire. I had my truck serviced and they said my front brakes needed replacing. Plaza had just put new front brakes on awhile back. I took it to them and they checked the front brakes and he said I did not need front brakes. He said the dealer was just trying to sell me on something I did not need. I appreciate them checking and I will continue to do business with them in the Lone Oak Store.

Came in for oil change. Friendly customer service. Lied to which pissed me off. Knew i would need oil filter but told i needed a hepa filter so did that to. Found out later that was a lie! Told i needed brake fluid so i said ok just all some. Told can not do that had to be drained & cleaned & replaced. That was a lie. Told i needed new tires & balanced. I knew that was a lie & verified later. Hope you can stand before God & explain why you lie to people. Money scam only. Oil was all i needed. Son was pissed off taking advantage of an older woman. My sons will take care of maintance on my car from now on.

I came in for an alignment. I forgot that my tires where staggered so the technician did a great job of informing me of that an fixing the problem. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff until it was time to go. I simply asked for them to reprogram the tire sensors but to me the technician gave off an attitude as if that was too much for him to do and said “ I can’t fucking program them”. I had to take it to another shop and it took the guy literally 5 min to program and he also aired up the tire for me since it was not done at plaza. Overall I was very disappointed with the customer service if the technician the gentleman working the desk was very friendly and helpful. I currently hold a credit account with you guy but to be honest I doubt I will be back due to the way the technician made me feel like it was a hassle to fix my car.

I dropped by just to see if they could work me in for an oil change and tire rotation., which they did. The guy at the front desk had me come back and look at my tires. Two of them were worn more than they should’ve been and he said it looked like the belts were separating on them. He gave me a very fair allowance on the old tires and put on new ones. The two guys at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their great customer service. And I trust their recommendations. These are the two main reasons I continue to do business with Plaza tire.
