I needed a lawn tractor tire fixed. They were backed up and said it would be a while before they could get to it which wasn't a problem at all. They called me shortly to say the tire had dry rotted and needed to be replaced. I ordered a tire when it came in, they mounted it in record time!! Why go anywhere else?

My truck was making a horrible speaking noise the mechanic diagnosed the problem as a tension pully truck is running great great service was excellent

I went to have Nitro put in my tires. When it was complete I was told my low tire pressure light was still on and that u just need to drive on them for a little bit. That is not the case, it needs to be set manually in the cars system. Need to train a little better on the knowledge of different cars. Overall it was a good experience.

I’m very disappointed because I had my tires rotated and the guy didn’t tighten the lug nuts on one of my tires and the tire came off and damaged my vehicle.

I needed an oil change and called Hinkleville Rd Plaza Tire in Paducah, KY close to where I live. I was in their system from another store, but always the other store was booked out for a while. But this time I called Hinkleville Rd they got me right in within a couple of days!!!!! They were very polite, friendly yet professional. The only thing they must have just worked me in because it took 2.25 hours to get it done. I also came with a coupon. So despite the time set back, I was very please to get it done so soon!!! Thank you!

Thanks Plaza attire. My battery light came on the truck last week. I had a test ram and it wasn’t the battery it was the alternator. It was Saturday afternoon and my normal Plaza center in Lone Oak closed at 1 o’clock. So I stopped at the mall location. The nice gentleman said he could squeeze me in between appointments if I could leave my truck. They completed the swap out in a very short time. They even placed a trickle charge on my battery as I drove on it a day with no alternator. Truck runs like new again.

My car needed her oil changed and a new tire, the other three were already put on. The service is fabulous.

Was very happy with the fact that they found the time to do my four wheel alignment. I was a little disappointed tho when they said that the new parts that was installed a few months back, was needing to be replaced. Just glad they was able to do what they could regardless.

My son’s car had a nail in a tire. Turns out the tire had also been curbed and had a cut and rubber chunk out of the side wall. Plaza Tire probably kept us from having a blow out while traveling down the highway. Thanks to them for inspecting the tire instead of just putting a plug in it.

Went in for simple oil change & they noticed the rear brakes were practically non-existent & 2 of the tires were showing their wires. I had no idea the car was almost "unsafe" for me to drive. Our car was making a roaring noise. The tech drove it and said he didn’t hear anything so my husband had him ride and listen. He finally heard it and took it in the shop and said he fixed it. When we drove it home it was still roaring . He said it was a wheel bearing and the stabilizer was loose. We were charged over $600 and still had to take it somewhere else to get it repaired.

I received a quote by telephone. I said is that out the door price and I was told it was. To me that means tax too. I was told that you never talk tax over the phone which I find that hard to believe because I always want to know the total amount! I have purchased many tires from you over the last 40 years and never had a problem before, so I was surprised with this visit.

They replaced tires, checked alignment, performed the service in a short time, called to tell me it was ready. 3 hours for a tire rotation bought from you is terrible. When a chance too make money came in the door. They came first. No excuses..I had already spent my $750 on tires. Too Slow.

I came in needing a replacement tire. I told the service desk guy what I needed and he gave options and ordered the tire. When I came in another service advisor told me how long it would take to get the tie on. When service was complete, my tire was on and my spare put away properly.

One of my front tires was losing air. I always get a little nervous about taking cars to be looked at, because I have had some bad experiences. I took it in and the man at the desk was super nice and helpful. While I waited, every employee I saw interact with other customers or other employees did so with a friendly demeanor. The tire was able to be patched and was finished a little earlier than expected. I’ve had no problems with the tire since. I am probably going to start taking my car here for services too.

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and when I brought my car in at the scheduled time, the employees very kindly let me know that they were too bald to safely rotate and continue driving on, they needed to be replaced. I had a very small emotional breakdown, because I realized I had no idea how to buy tires, my husband recently passed away, and he always handled that. I didn't know anything about size or price or tread. I said to the gentleman behind the counter, "I'm sorry, I don't know how to buy tires, please just put whatever is right on my car and I will pay for it." He was very sweet and smiled at me and said yes ma'am, we'll get you fixed up." They replaced my tires, and I spent less than I was expecting, and they even came out to the lobby to congratulate my son on how fast he was (he was doing an obstacle course where he jumped from tile to tile and I tiled him). They did not make me feel silly for crying at a tire store, and they did not rip me off financially when some people would have. I will be a customer for life.

Got new tires around March and bought the warranty for them. I hit a pothole and needed to get my driver side tires repaired; they slowly lost air and I kept having to air them up. They told me my tires weren’t protected under the warranty because the damage was there before I hit the pothole, but my tires were completely fine before it happened and only my driver side tires were affected. Ended up paying $170 for something that the warranty covers but they tried to make it seem like the issue was there beforehand. I didn’t argue because I didn’t have the warranty with me, but after doing research into it, I’m annoyed.

They left a socket in the wheel and tried to imply it was there when I brought the car in; although they didn’t do the tire rotation as they wanted to sell me $1,200 worth of tires. No offer of a refund for the ridiculous wait time or the dangerous mistake. Don’t take appointments if you have no intention of honoring them. I scheduled the procedure of tire rotation on line prior to going, even called on a Friday to verify appt to be at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, but when I got there to let them know I was there the gentleman at the front desk was irate snapping at me telling me I didn't have an appt, and that they could not get me in, when I told him I did have an appt. he said it was not down, and it would be 4:30 before they could get to me they would have to stay late. I had a driver front wheel bearing replaced a couple months before, kept hearing the same noise afterwards. Spoke to Josh, we tracked that tire during a rotate and balance, and I was still hearing it even then in the same location. Took it back and Josh said he would have his tech drive it. 1.5 hours later I am handed my keys, no charge. I asked what the diagnosis was, and they changed out the front passenger wheel bearing and the problem was resolved! GREASE ON CLOTH SEATS!!! I have used Plaza Tire Service on Hinkleville Road for over 10 years and always found them courteous and efficient, but tire rotation on May 24th was so disappointing. I bought my SUV new and it only has 18,000 miles, I am very particular about keeping my car clean and when it was returned to me I could not believe the grease on the outside of my car, but the worse was grease all over my light grey cloth seats! The steering wheel, gear knob, door handles, door panel, glove box were covered in grease. Needless to say, I was sick!!! I'm so upset that anyone that was not clean would be allowed inside someone's car. Please Plaza Tire only let a designated person drive the cars in and out of the bay area! I'm sure someone with a black interior that day had the same mess in their vehicle. They did pay to have my car detailed, but it was an inconvenience to be without my car for a day and have previously clean seats cleaned and possibly ruin the factory protection on the seats. So disappointing.

Mind you that I have only purchased one set of tires since the name change but vanzants used to be my go to place for tires for my 6 trucks and 4 company trailers This will no longer be the case I used to never check prices at vanzants, when I had A PROBLM no matter how backed up they were they would get me taken care of I guess Big business has a different philosophy! So now if you do not give me the best price ( which I will get multiple quotes) I will take the time to shop around since they do not have the time for me.

The guys at this location are get. I bought a vehicle on 5/10 that ended up having oil in the coolant on 5/15 when I went to service the vehicle. So they did a flush on it as well as the regular service. Later that evening oil mixed back into my coolant and my vehicle overheated. Jacob and another service rep actually came out to me after work hours to look over my vehicle and calm me. I’ll be forever grateful for their kindness and will be seeing them in the future anytime I need to service my vehicle.

I came in just to get a plug put in my tire something I could’ve did at home but it was convenient for me to go to Plaza tire, I was told that I was unserviceable and I needed a new one so I decided why not go ahead and replace all four well after the pre-agreement on the phone of one set price I came to pick up my vehicle to find out that the guy was on lunch. The guy at the counter was somewhat concerned and offered a $60 discount, only in return to charge me $54 for alignment for life which I didn’t wantEither, let’s just say if I wanted to pay almost $700 for a brand new set a tires I sure as heck wouldn’t of chose these cheap ones. After posting this review the store manager called me back and offered to make it good on my next tire purchase. Definitely will give them another chance

The work the technicians did was wonderful and helpful to the operation of my 2005 van. I would encourage people at that work at Plaza Tire and work with the costumers to please be more safety conscious and wear a mask when visiting with a costumer. I also noticed that masks are not required in the store. I found my visit while waiting very anxiety inducing and had to wait outside sitting on the concert for an hour. Not great costumer service!

Small things but still? I asked them to do two things, and both were not 100% correct. fix leaky tire / change oil. 1. Leaky tire - They said they found leak and plugged it and pressured it back up. (tire was going down about 4-5 a month and I brought it in at a psi of 30), After I paid and got my tire, I notice the tire was at 26 psi. that is 9 pounds lost in the 6 hours from when they told me it was ready until i picked up. (way worse than when i left it there). they took it back in, said he found 2 more small holes that they didn't notice the first time??? 2. Oil change - I asked when i picked it up if they reset the oil percentage on the car, his quote was yes and if i found it was not to let him know so he could yell at someone. When i went out to my car I noted that they did not reset my oil percentage (still said oil life of 20%) so i called and told him. Then I was looking at the stickers that were on my windshield and they replaced the one for tire rotation, but the oil change was still the old date. I now question whether or not they really changed my oil, or just charged me for it? very shady looking? I called again and told them that, he assured me they did change the oil, however I am now skeptical. I hate it because it is convenient location and i can drop it on my way to work and pick it up on way home. I have a long history with plaza tire and have had similar instances in the past. I think i will have to start looking for another place to have basic stuff done.

After having my radiator flushed last week I tested the anti-freeze/coolant protection with my own testers. They read only -20 for the coolant when a 50/50 mix yields about a -34 below fahrenheit level of protection. Prior to the flush and fill my tester read -34. When I called to ask if they minded testing the antifreeze in my presence they told me to drop by and they could test it. Leaving my vehicle for a 1 minute test was not even discussed because that's how long it takes to test it. I already had the cap off and was parked by the front door today but was told there were 3 or 4 vehicles in front of me and I would have to leave my vehicle as they could not have any of their technicians spare a minute. Of course they already had my money and apparently aren't concerned with repeat business (this was my first, and last, visit to Plaza). Mind you, I had only put 7 miles on my vehicle since the flush and maybe the new coolant hasn't had time to circulate fully or perhaps my tester is suspect. It really doesn't matter now that I was told to hit the road and that he was fine with my dissatisfaction of the treatment I received.

I took my wife’s car to plaza to get the oil changed. When the car got home it was leaking oil. I figured maybe they didn’t tighten the filter or drain plug all the way. It wasn’t a fast leak so I wasn’t that concerned. I took the car back for them to fix the leak. I later got a call notifying me that the oil pan threads were stripped out. I understand that the car is older and has had many oil changes and the threads getting stripped out is just a part of it as the car ages and the drain plug gets loosened and tightened so many times. However, plaza claims they didn’t do it and never even offered to fix it or make it right. They knew about the threads being damaged but did not notify me of the damage when I picked up the car the first time. I had to go back and ask them about it. The car never leaked oil before this visit and it seemed like they didn’t tell me about the leak because they caused the leak so if they didn’t mention it maybe it wouldn’t get noticed. They did put it in the invoice so I understand they covered their butts but I was never told face to face about the problem. As a customer service employee myself, I would try and do good business by first of all, telling the customer about the damage the first time, but also making it right. I do strongly believe that the lube tech at plaza did the damage but there is no evidence to back that, but good business is that when there is an unhappy customer and there is a chance that I did the damage, I would have to make the problem right to keep the customer happy and keep them coming back. I was also about to give plaza a lot more jobs by bringing my truck and wife’s car back there for tires, brakes, and another oil change. I will no longer be going to plaza for any business and will not be recommending plaza to anybody. All I wanted was somebody to at least offer to make the problem right in some way or an honest answer. I never even got an apology for the confusion/problem.

As always Plaza never lets me down with friendly, quick and exceptional service. I was supposed to have an appointment last week but when I pulled out of my driveway I noticed one of my tires with only 23 lbs of air. I called Plaza immediately and they let me know it was safe to drive to them (6-miles) and they would try and help me get to my appointment on time. I had already cancelled the doctors visit and would have had to anyway since when I got there it was unable to be repaired. I received a fair price on 4 new tires and asked them to add the Premium Alignment as well. I received help from my parents to get home so I could begin my workday at 10:00. At 10:12 I received a call from Plaza letting me know my car was ready which was extremely fast considering I did not have an appointment. Although I was not planning to spend money on new tires that day the nice staff and quick turnaround made it easier to stomach. This store has been my tire shop for several years and I continue to use them for oil changes rather than the dealer because of their price and service.

Set up appointment and had the tires picked out. However, when it was time for my appointment they did not have them. I really didn’t have much of a choice but to spend extra money on different tires. The the alignment came, even more money. Then they came back out and told me that my tpms was messed up. I never had an issue with it before so it’s pretty obvious the tech had broken two of my sensors and then they tried to get me to pay for the repairs. One guy told me that one sensor had was just ha there when they took the tire off and that the other didn’t work at all. I’ve never had a light in the dash except for when I actually had a low tire, so that tells me they worked fine until I took my car there. Then another guy comes out with a different story and tells me that one tire never even had a sensor in it, yet my light was never on. So I got pissed that they tried lying to me about it instead of just being honest. I literally have no trust with this location. But they did call me back and say they found the missing sensor under a piece of equipment but still did not fully accept responsibility for breaking them but did offer to fix them for free. Very disappointed. I will definitely not recommend anybody I know going there. Find some place else.

I explained that I was hearing a “squealing” sound like a belt, but they stated that my pulleys and serpentine belt were fine. They agreed to warranty the serpentine belt and changed it. 3 days later my engine harmonic balancer broke. Why did the mechanic not tell me what the problem was? Or did them “checking” the pulleys damage the part? This cost me $350! I will NOT go back to Plaza, EVER!!

They were quick and friendly. Nobody went over my service at the end to tell me what all they did. My tires were not inflated properly or at all. They acted like I was crazy when I said to be sure they balanced the tires when they rotated them. Then guess what? They tires are not right now. My service engine light was still on. No washer fluid. I had to go back to get nitrogen and check the pressure. He fixed it immediately but now I’m not feeling positive at all. No air filter was changed in the cabin or the engine. I have not much confidence that anything was really done. I miss the old team. Slow down. Listen. I do not need a cool telephone guy I need my car properly taken care of. Customer for 20 years. Im looking for a new place.

I had a wobble in the front end and went here to get it checked. I was told my front tires were bad which was causing the wobble. I need new tires and an alignment, the tire offer started with the most expensive ones, I didn't agree with that tactic, but, the alignment offers were suprisingly good...about 100 for a one time alignment and about 150 for lifetime alignments! I'll definitely go back for the lifetime alignments but may consider somewhere else for the tires especially with the economy being shaken like it's been lately.

I work out of town. And I literally was in town for 6 hours before a five week run on the road. NO ONE, was wearing a mask. Workers behind the counter should be protecting your customers by wearing a mask. I understand a bit more the guys in the garage are well distanced, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Not one customer in the lobby was wearing a mask. coupons need to be updated to properly to reflect the amount of product used. Example: oil changes for the most part take more than 5 quarts of oil. Coupon covers 5 only and then the surprise on your bill comes when you are charged for another quart. Also for the last two times of service my tire pressure readings where never recorded so who knows if they were ever checked. I checked them when I got home and found one tire down 6 pounds. Definitely will look for a service provider who does what they say they will do and also give you the correct cost up front instead of after the fact.

I have now had two passenger front tires wear half the tread off and it is due to the alignment. The first time the tire was replaced and I was happy with the service. Now the second time I am told that is just how those big tires wear on truck. I do not accept this answer and this is the second store that has given some BS excuse. I paid money for a life time warranty front alignment but I don’t think it is being accurately check or my tires are not being rotated like that should. If something is not done about good customer service in these Paducah KY stores, I will take my business elsewhere!

Needed an oil change and tire rotation. All was done in quick order and they found my alignment was a bit out and asked if I had time for them to do it. I did and a little while longer it too was done at no extra charge because I had purchased a life time alignment package a couple years earlier when I needed an alignment with a prior tire purchase. They do good work. Keep track of service records and often send coupons for discounts on services and tires. BTW I saved at least $20 on the oil change with a coupon sent to my email and the tire rotation was free from previous purchase of tires. Good service, good price.

1st- The guy who waited on me told me he would give me my car inspection for free if I would fill out a credit application. I did of course. THEN he charged me for it when it was done!!! 2nd- My key fob had a nice little key ring on it from the place I had purchased the car from. When I got my fob back the key ring was gone! I asked about it and he played dumb. Went to go "look for it" and said he couldn't find it. Then he proceeded to put a black zip tie around it to suffice. This was not acceptable to me. The problem I experienced with the plaza tire by the mall is rotated and checked the balance of the tires and later found out the green caps indicating nitrogen was missing. My wife being very piticular of her care instead driving way back to the service center bought a set of new green caps at walmart to avoid someone adding air. We wont go to that Plaza Tire again. They are not focused on the importance of replacing the green caps.
