I needed an oil change very badly. My oil was dark and a little thick. I bought the car recently. They got me in, I used a coupon and got out, in less than an hour.

I had problems with my jeep back in the summer and fall and they took care of me ..

Went in for an oil change and balance and rotate. My tires were in way worse shape than I thought. So thankful for them being able to work me in in such short notice and make my car safe again.

I had to tell them that I got my tires there so they didn't charge me to rotate them and I thought 44.00 was a bit high for a in car air filter and they messed up my speed meter but I went in and ask them to put it back where it was when I came in and they finally got it there.

I seldom provide feedback and feel bad that I haven't responded about previous positive experiences at the facility. They have always been kind and courteous and their previous work has been very good. That is why I have always returned for my brake, suspension and tire needs and plan to continue to do so.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I thought it was a nail, so I took it in for them to look at it. Turned out that one of the valve stems was corroded and they replaced the TMPS and no more issues. Everyone was very professional and very helpful.

While having tires rotated and balanced, tech found brakes were needed and called me to inform me of the issue. I had them to go ahead and do that while they had my vehicle. I have always had great service from them and they are all very nice and courteous.

I needed a flat fixed but the bolt made to big of a hole to repair so I purchased a new tire plus a spare tire & rim, the donut is not safe in my opinion. The only problem is that the nitrogen machine is broken & has been broken for quite a long time. The store advertisement says nitrogen is available but it really is not.

I had tires mounted & balanced . They're fine. Smooth, a good balance job. However, none of the tires had the same pressure. I had my tire pressure light coming on the next day & had to go properly fill all for tires to the same & correct pressure. Doesn't make me feel very confident having work done there if you can't inflate the tires correctly!

I went in to get a set of tires on my F-150 the other day and the guys were extremely short handed, The salesman got my size I needed and started working up the order then he went out to the bay and started working on my truck, The tires I purchased came with a free alignment check and the truck was a little out of line they came in and explained what needed to be done and were able to fix my truck while I was there, Excellent Service.

Needed an oil change and tires rotated, was told it would take 4-6 hours due to being excessively busy, was ready to be picked up in about 3 hours.

My only issue is I was on a time crunch, and wasn't told leaving my car there would make it seem like it wasn't a priority. I had a 9am appointment and my car was the second to last one worked on, just before noon. I could have told them the time issue but I assumed since I had an appointment it would be done at that time. I'd just suggest making sure people know if it's dropped off it may take longer. Other than that everything was great, always a good experience coming here.

I made an online appointment for 9am Sept 1, 2022 I called the next day to confirm after not getting an online confirmation. The gentleman said he had me down for 10 am. He said he could change it to 9am I said ok. When I got there at 8:50 am On Sept 1 . He couldn't find us in the system and that he had us down for Fri.? He said he could get to it some time that day it might be a few hrs. They were clearly backed up and had several people waiting in the lobby. I will never go back there again. We went to the Plaza tire on Park Ave got right in and out in 40min. They need 5 stars!

I could not loosen my valve stem covers after having my tires rotated. My valve stems had to be replaced. Then told my tires needed replaced. Nothing was said at my tire rotation 2 months prior. I've lost confidence in this place. Not going back!!!

I called a couple days before and got an 11 o’clock appointment. I got there 10 to 15 minutes early and told the technician I was there for my 11 o’clock appointment and he took my keys and said nothing about my appointment. At about 11:30 I got up and asked about when my car was going in. He said my appointment was not until 11:30 and I asked why he didn’t tell me that when I said I was there for my 11:00 appointment. His name is Timothy Hill. After our discussion, which Left us both aggravated, he got my car in. 2 to 3 a days after the rotation, the tire started leaking and had to have air put in it. A nail was discovered in the tire. I’m not sure if he rotated the tires, but I suspect the nail might have been put in the tire then. I had the tire repaired at a different Plaza Tire at 2025 Park Avenue and was very satisfied with their service. I purchased 3 sets of tires from the one on Irvin Cobb Drive, BUT I will never return there or recommend them to anyone.

Besides having my oiled changed they had to replace a front axel. They not only did an excellent job, but were so concerned for my safety they did the axel in the same day. I have road hazard but did me no good the tire blew at 55 mph and they told me I ran it while flat. I might have gone 300 to 400 foot to pull over so I ran while it was flat that’s crap. Went to Purcells and kept telling me that my tie rods and such were "the best we could do" thing. Had a flat tire the next day. Upon going into this location explained to associate at the desk I had a budget and would like a few things done my first and foremost priority is brakes and then tires and alignment and before you start doing anything please notify me of what you are doing before you start 20 mine after that conversation I am waiting I proceed to ask has your technicians been able to see anything he says oh yeah your brakes pads and rotors are fine look new and we have the tires on and in the middle of alignment mind you I have a 2014 dodge journey that has 112840 miles on it I knew the brakes were not like new and at this point am very upset and just knew this shop just wanted to sell a set of tires take my car to a different shop my brakes as I thought need replaced so you can't trust this business and will be making a complaint to BBB

Plaza Tire, Southside. My car needed new tires. My recent visit to rotate and balance the existing tires on my Lexus RX350, 2010 model resulted in Jason, the store manager, informing me of a couple of issues with my tires, tread wear, and a deep gash in the side of my right front tire. Jason and I discussed what tires were available through Plaza Tire that would fit my car. He took into account what my family and I have previously purchased in tires and services. Two tire brands were presented from which to choose. I went with the Michelan choice. Michelan's Composit XL 19 inch all-weather tires. The appointment day and time were made for the next day. When I arrived the next day for my appointment, the waiting room and parking lot were full of people and cars. My thought was, "Good thing I have an appointment". Due to CDC COVID-19 VIRUS regulations, I did not wish to wait in the limited space waiting room at Plaza Tire. Jason said 2 hours for the job to be completed. I was hoping for no more than 1.5 hours. When I returned 2 hours later, I still had to wait 30 additional minutes. Jason apologized and tried to explain why the delay. A job ahead of mine had some issues that delayed the completion, thus pushing all the appointment jobs that followed to be behind schedule. I am happy with how I was treated and the services provided by Southside Plaza Tire. It is unfortunate that the most recent services took as long as they did. Trying to find a location to "hang-out", during the present CDC COVID-19 situation is difficult. And the day was cold. Sitting outside, even in the sunshine, was not an option.

I have the alignment lifetime. I had an appointment, but they didnt take it right in. The guy at the counter has been unspoilt when I asked about my car. After only 20 minutes he said it was done. Not only did they mess up my oil filter cap, but they did not close my hood which resulted in approximately 5k in damages after the hood flew up shortly after leaving their parking lot. We were able to have our service done as a walk in. The oil change is half price of local competitors and I bought my tires there so I have free rotations which they were able to do. They also inspect other items of your vehicle and they recommended that I have my power steering system flushed and refilled. They showed me my current fluid and showed me new fluid so I could see how bad my fluid condition was. They were able to accommodate all services while we waited which was not inconvenient at all. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would recommend them for sure.

I'm very disappointed in the news I recieved concerning my warranty on my tires. I purchased my tires about a year ago and had been receiving rotations as required to find out that both front and back alignments has knocked me out of my warranty? "NO ONE" at anytime of the rotations bothered to inform me that it was time or that an alignment would be needed during or at the next up coming visit. Being that my car wasn't pulling from one side to the other I had no idea my tires were in as bad of shape as they showed me during that time of service. I began to ask questions if there were notes in the computer that I may have forgotten and they weren't able to even give me the name of the last tech nor any notes that would've left me at fault as to why I was informed to do so. I became very furious hoping we could resolve the matter and no one wanted to get involved and take ownership to the situation. So therefore I paid in full for tires and warranty plus roadside service that only lasted me a year versus the ones that came with my vehicle of 3 years when it was first purchased brand new! Will I recommend your services to anyone in the future "NO" do to the neglect your techs had for my vehicle and my hard earned money I worked for to make sure my vehicle got the best care on and off the road. I hate it took this long to reply but I don't check my email as often as I should unlike others. So thanks but nothanks for your services.

Arrived at 0830 had new tires placed, frount aligned and oil change, left at 1230. People were coming in after I was checked in and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I was told several other customers had appointments, but I called several days before and someone at Plaza said no appointment was needed. So I spent half of my day off work sitting in the waiting room of plaza tire. Although the guys were very nice and friendly and the work was quality, but way too long to wait.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to have 2 front tires balanced/checked. I did not make a appointment as that never seems to get you in and out any faster. I also have free balance/rotation so that's why I waited so long. Im still having a small vibration in the front at certain speeds but is a lot better since the visit.

Suspected alignment out went to South side Irvin Cobb store where I purchased 4 Michelin Pilots for my 2018 Cadillac XTS along with lifetime 4 wheel alignment. Mgr did not want to check it. I proceeded to Lone Oak Store where I had previously purchased 4 Michelin avengers for my 2011 Cadillac Premium. Mgr gladly took My 2018 Cadillac XTS in and checked alignment and rotated overdue tires with a smile on his face. I will rate Lone Oak a 5 because they are by far the best store.

I have taken my be vechiles there for over 2 years and have been given a royal screwing on price I was quoted tires last week as I was told I had a leak and separation so they expected as I. The past I would just give them the green light as it was an emergency but the last time I was serviced there I feel they were a little pricey and after confirming with my husband we found that to be the case so after receiving the price for some cheap tires I called another plaza branch and was quoted @ $300 cheaper than quoted at this branch so I will not ever do business with plaza tire and will tell everyone as such!!!

We have used Plaza tires for oil changes for years. The last time my husband had an oil change in his truck the truck was leaking oil. He took it back and something wasn't done right. Whatever it was they fixed and no more leakks. Last week my husband took the car in for an oil change and when he drove in the driveway there was oil all over the hood of car and also leaking from underneath. He took it right back and the guy did not tighten the cap and oil was everywhere under the hood. I told my husband maybe it's time to look for someone else to change our vehicles oil. We had to spend extra gas money to take the vehicles back to get fixed. Very disappointed in the service.

As always the service was fast and friendly. I always buy tires there with the road hazard plan. I had a flat. I called the 800 number and a truck was dispatched to change my tire. Then I made an appointment at the shop and my tire was fixed. I paid $0. The tires are always competitively priced and the guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Quick and through service!!I had recently purchased a set of tires from Plaza Tire. After the purchase, I kept having to have the tires checked for low pressure. Had the tires inspected recently and found the problem related to the valve stem. It was fixed and all is good. This meant a lot, especially on the day I was going to my Father's funeral in a near by town. I got in quickly to get the tire pressure checked and back on the road in time for his service. That meant a lot! : ).
