Brakes, glow plug

First visit had quick diagnosis for expensive repair, then after work was completed they found another much simpler issue which could have been cause of initial problem, casting doubt on initial diagnosis. Did the secondary work at no extra charge. Was quick, work complete within 1 week of initial call to schedule. Second repair, removed broken glow plug. Initially quoted one price, then was increased during service. Upon completion, found new body damage to vehicle. Had to review camera footage to take responsibility for damage. Once agreed to, shop repaired damage within 2 days. Paint issues remain (deep scratches) but body damage repaired no charge.

Although my repairs were properly completed, my bill was exceedingly high. I could not believe the diagnosis fee was $185 and not deducted from the repairs. I didn’t know my car had two air filters. I was charged for two.
