Transmission went out in less than 2 weeks...said they fix it, first lie said they would pay some of the cost second lie there famous words AS IS so true but sell something that will last more than 2 weeks the only good reviews is the ones they place...I paid cash so don't respond like I couldn't get a loan and I'm mad...all the hard times you caused people will catch up to you thieves Guess it's time to write some good reviews about yourself WHAT A SHAM

Purchased my New Truck
The best of the best! I would recommend Moore Motors to everyone, in which my Church Member has already purchased from them. Ricky Moore is highly recommended and I hope to see him at church soon. Car Purchase
Do not purchase a car here! I would like to agree will some of the positive reviews above. When in the buying process, all sales reps are very friendly and they treat you like family... All smiles! However after my god daughter purchased a vehicle there, she signed up for every fee they had to offer because of her being clueless and excited about getting her first car with a HUGE down payment due to her lack of credit, she was approved... everything was all good for about 3 days, then the transmission went out. This is where family turned into enemy! She needed them to pick up the car and send it to a repair shop, this took about four days. When the car was at the repair shop, she needed to make a claim on her extended warranty to get it repaired which I thought was completely unfair (in my opinion) within a 30 day period I thought she should not have to worry about anything, and that the car lot would take care of it... not so! I even asked the owner, Ricky Moore if he could pay the $100 deductable because this lemon should be their responsibility, however he informed me that, "He is basically cosigning her loan, and I did not help her with the purchase, so how dare I even attempt to communicate with him when something is going wrong". "He then proceeded to talk to the 18 year old and explain why he will not be paying for anything else, due to the fact he paid for the towing, diagnostic service and fluid change". I felt really disrespected and will not recommend anyone to this place, ever! It's all good until your car has problems. A purchase here is like a test of luck!

Moore Motors Used Cars
If you can not get financed here stop trying. I don't have a clue what these guys do, but whatever it is give them a shot. I strongly recommend them. They are professional and treat you like family. The "family part" is why I think these guys have stroke. Wonderful Experience overall

Moore Motors Baton Rouge
Buyer beware! Do not buy a vehicle from this auto dealer. I had a very bad experience with them. There were numerous mechanical problems with the car and they refused to fix any of them. Problems started the day the car was driven off the lot. We returned it to them the very same day and they let us know very disrespectfully that the car was our problem. I called them every day after that and got nowhere. They were all smiles and friendly chatter when trying to sell the car and once the money was received their true colors came out. They are also listed as having an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Run from this auto dealer as fast as you can. They will sell you a lemon!!!!!!!!!

Perfect car buying experience
I really didn't think I had the credit to buy a car. The owner was professional and straight to the point. I am so glad I stop and bought a car from Moore Motors! I have also sent two family members who bought a truck and car from Ricky Moore. If you don't won't "the typical runaround" go visit Moore Motors!
