Poor SERVICE
I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from them! The first day you go there they gon tell you everything you wanna hear. And of course once you find out something is wrong with it they act like they had no idea. When i got my first oil change at Take 5 the man let me know that i had a MAJOR leak. Which means that it had to have had this problem for a while. When I bought it nothing was leaking on anything when I looked under the hood. So they knew and someone was able to clean it. I paid $125 for the 3 month warranty. So, i brung my car back so they can fix it. They kept my car for DAYS each time I brought it back to them. So, it became obvious they had a knock off mechanic that didn't what he was doing. One day he didn't even show up! The reason I'm really writing this is because the people they are connected to "Christian Brothers" one of them is a criminal!

Repair on condition of sale
The proprietor of the business sold us a Jeep, of which the air-conditioning was clearly not working. Fixing it was a condition of the sale. Now, after working out a "side deal" on the deposit, not only has he had the Jeep for three days now but there is no word on the status of the repair and he is dodging repeated calls to his direct number. The Jeep he sold us also has issues with the brake booster system as well. Before this, we had to endure a questionable repair in which they replaced a radiator fan, clearly not OEM to the Jeep and wired in such a way that although it functions for it's purpose, there is no longer a safeguard with the dash controls for it. They still have the Jeep, have NOT performed repairs on the AC system as agreed to at the point-of-sale nor up to this point. He is dodging our calls and we have repeatedly stressed that our jobs depend on having a vehicle. He has also held the license plate and registration and has refused to repair this vehicle as agreed.His excuse was that we have not given him the money on this "side deal," while we do not have our vehicle at all in addition to the multiple problems we have had with it after signing the loan for it. Plus he expects us to "leave a check" with no assurance of a signed receipt. Every time we drive over there (which is the ONLY chance of finding him to speak to), he is not there, nor anyone to handle our account, for that matter. No settlement desired. We want our property, repairs or not. We have no desire to do business with this individual and are willing to keep reporting our complaint.
