Purchase
This dealership is owned by Griffin Powers who has had at least one business license revoked, due in part, to excessive consumer complaints. In our case my son purchased a vehicle and was told that it included a CARS extended warranty. About a week after purchase the transmission died. The dealer demanded that his 'shop' do the work. I subsequently found that they never purchased the contract from the CARS company. Now, more than a month after the purchase, we do not know where the vehicle is or when it will be returned. Our numerous calls are not returned and when we do manage to speak with anyone they are rude and dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND even looking at a vehicle here.

Place is filthy. Woodchips everywhere, like a hamster cage. no bathroom. Sold my kid a car a few months back whole thing rotted everywhere. Sold it to me with a weak skipping motor which blew weeks later. 1 star is generous Buyer beware!

None and terrible people
Service department is outside, a real joke! Made promises to fix car, said they would call me to set up appointment and never did, they dont return phone calls, been there several times to complain, while I was there someone else was there screaming at them complaining, the place is a zoo. I asked them if I could use their bathroom and they said "we dont have one go behind the building" The place is really dirty too!
