Auto sale

This guy is a scammer who thinks he is smarter than everyone else. He is really nothing but a naive, young 24 yr old punk, smug and arrogant and is a compulsive liar as well. I was fortunate enough to be smarter than he in his scamming and got back some of my money, he thpoiught I never would succeeed there, so that's a big haha at you Joe! but I feel bad for the others who have fallen prey to this chump. He sold me through Ebay, was advertised as a great Jeep in every way, when it arrived to me, I assure you it was totally opposite shape, was leaky, dirty, rust bucket, various open holes from rust through the frame, unreal, truck in need of repair, needing vital parts replaced, including exhaust system rusted out that was almost falling out. Another woman who was scammed by him on Ebay is on her way to pressing charges. Hope he gets what he deserves.

2005 Lexus 350

I purchased a 1999 Jeep Cherokee on July 26-2012, was listed as good clean vehicle with no issues, drove home, now have no brakes, transfer case leaks, engine light came on within the first 12 hours and they advertised the vehicle as a non-smoker vehicle, found ashes and buts in ashtray. Called Joseph Zagarella Jr of Lets Make a Deal, emailed Joseph Zagarella Jr of Lets Make a Deal, sent a text to Joseph of Lets Make a Deal. It is now 4 days hours later and they have made no attempt to contact me. They have my phone number, they have my email. This company can not be trusted. I informed them that this vehicle was for a new teenage driver and they sold me a vehicle with broken and leaking brake lines.

Car Purchase

This company is a scam. My 16 year old daughter paid $3100 for a car we found on ebay under this dealer. Joe Zagarella, Frank, and Mary are all dealers on ebay for this company. They would not return calls, did not communicate at all, and after over 2 months, I finally have the car in my possession, after Frank took an extra $746 from my daughter for shipping by JR Transporation. JR is one of their partners and is listed on another website as Jared Rankin. The car was never shipped to us and they have stolen my daughters $746.... and ebay has shut them down because of this. Finally, we get the car here and it's trashed inside and out, and the motor is blown! It was actually smoking !!! Frank told MY shipper truck driver that he coulnd't call him back becasue "he was too messed up" so I certainly believe this company is a front or at a minimum being run by druggies and alcoholics based on their behavior. Good luck to you. I am hoping the Massachusetts DMV shuts you down becuase I have called in a complaint and also contacted police to investigate your fraud conspiracy.

service

I think this business is a front for some other type of operation. These folks do not return calls, they purchase services which are not paid for and are unreachable unless YOU are handing them money. Stay away.

Used Car Purchase

I bought a car from Let's Make a Deal Auto Sales. The Salesmen Joseph Zagarella & Michael Casaletto told me that the car had a "rebuilt engine with 103k" miles. After my purchase, they provided me with a "receipt" for the "rebuilt engine". Upon researching the name on the "receipt" it turns out that the company DOES NOT exist. The handwriting on the receipt for the "rebuilt engine" is the SAME as the bill of sale. They have a HISTORY of selling HIGH MILEAGE , over 150k miles cars and stating to consumers that the engine was "rebuilt". Once a consumer buys a car with over 150k miles, they have little or NO recourse since cars over 150k are not covered warranty. According to the Selectmen in town of Wakefield, Massachusetts, Joseph Zagarella owned a dealership in that town which was SHUT DOWN before they moved to Dracut, MA (Hide)
