Auto body repair service near West Roxbury, MA

Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

My family brought a car from that place a little over a year ago for $3000.00,(three thousands dollars). The owner Frantz promised he will provide the title for the car, still as of today no title has given to us. We called several times he is given us the running around.

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.

The best Honda shop that I've ever been too. Honest, experienced, knowledgeable and quick. This is what every garage should strive to be at but isn't unfortunately making this my go-to spot to get my car serviced or fixed. Just terrific!

Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. All the staff I came in contact with were extremely courteous and accommodating. Many thanks to Tom’s Auto. You have made me a customer for life and I will be referring you to anyone I can. I spotted the Alpha-Omega sign on my way home where I usually had traveled this path many times back and forth without even noticing it. A smiley faced fellow looked on the smashed roof of my truck and in 4 minutes gave me a precise estimation, making a telephone call to the supplier asking for availability of the part, its price and delivery time. The total was well below the estimation of my insurance. I asked Hovie (that was the smiling fellow’s name) if it was possible to wrap up the work in four days. He said that he would do his best. Everything was done on the third day. My truck was stamped with a smile and we (my truck and I) both left smiling. Later I figured out that Hovie worked until very late at night in order to finish the work on time. On the first evening after I gave Hovie “the go ahead”, I decided to check out the references and reviews that customers wrote. There were none! Moreover the telephone number was different than the one on Hovie's business card. “Y-y-yah”, I said to myself, “what a wonderful world… again”. To make a long story short, Hovie along with his partner recently purchased this business and they are doing very well. The parking lot is filled with exotic cars like a 1965 Mercedes Benz, other Mercedes models with carburetors before the era of fuel injection and distributors before the era of electronic ignition. And all these beauties were shining and… smiling. They also do mechanical work. Ladies and Gentlemen, the all would be happy clients of Alpha-Omega, I will be back not necessarily as a customer if the problem arises again, but simply as a friendly visitor.
