I can't say enough about how good these folks were to us. We broke down in Washington D.C. during the height of rush hour, directly in front of the White House! Towed to the nearest shop in the neighborhood we were staying at, and they are great. The problem with the vehicle was complicated and difficult. They dealt with it, showing professionalism and tact, despite it taken a week and a half to resolve! (all due to older model vehicle, etc) As each item came up, they communicated well and helped us understand. Even a week after we had picked it up and returned home, the service manager called to make sure all was working out! Never have we had a shop do that before! Excellent service, and attitudes in the face of a series of frustrating automotive issues! Would recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks everyone.
