Battery jumped
My name is Debbie Caputo and I just want to give a little bit of praise to one of the employees of Grant's Service Center. When I got into my car on Tues, July 7th it would not even turn over. I called my roadside assistance company and they told me someone would be to my home in an hour or so. Ray Kittles from Grant's Service Center arrived within 35 minutes. He was very polite, respectful and so helpful to me. He not only jumped my battery, but also tried to educate me a little bit on what could have drained it and took his time with me. I was so appreciative of him. I want to give this wonderful gentleman a 5 Star Rating for being the kind of man that anyone would want to deal with, at any time, not only when they are broken down.

Car Tow
Today I got my car towed back to my place and I was having a really hard day. I had a death in my family and with the help from Ray, I believe he also go by Kittles, my day became much easier. He was so helpful and informative about what was going on with my car. It is my first car and I have't had it for long so I know nothing about cars, but he was very helpful so I am very appreciative of him. Thank you Ray!

Jump start
My car would not start. Called AAA Tristan was the person that came. I can not say enough good things about him. He was here before the set time, called and told me he was on his way. What a nice guy, spent time to find out why the car would not start, check the battery jump started my car and waited Gran to see if it would start. I have used Grants Service center before and think they will be my to go guys. Thank you Tristan L. Ferracci

Replace Drive and AC Belt
I can't say enough about how wonderful these guys are. The first repair I had, they saved me a significant amount of money on the repair. The second time I had to go back, the tow truck arrived before AAA said they would. Once we were at the shop, the guys were very fast, honest about what repairs were immediately necessary and what could wait, and the work was completed within the promised time. Their prices are extremely reasonable, well below what I researched the cost of the repairs to be online. I will be using Grant's for all of my future repair needs!

Service Provided
I can't say enough about these guys! When my Toyota 4Runner broke down their crew was quick to respond! They went out of their way to transport my family (with precious cargo), and my favorite truck to safety - when I couldn't be there. They were quick to diagnosis the issue and I'm set to have them replace the transmission. Despite the delays I've caused they have remained professional, flexible, so kind, and remarkably patient. In these tough times it's refreshing to know that trusting, qualified, and kind people still exist. Thanks again guys!!!!! Grants Service Center in Salisbury is A++++. The Crawford Family -
