Heating went out in Ford Exployer
Outstanding business. I will always take my cars to Bushey's. He gives you an upfront honest estimate on the best and most economical way to repair your car/truck. He stays true to his estimates and warranty services too! He may be a old time smoking honky tonk man, but he can fix anything! I will return with my other vehicles when needed.

State inspection and repairs
Brought car in for state inspection. On the good side: Were very honest & accurate with what was needed. Told me that some part may not be available and I could drop off car once they had them. Completed all repairs when promissed. On the bad side. After replacing rear shocks, front struts, and couple of other things, they didn't take the car for a test drive. First turn I made, I lost almost all control of the vehicle. Brought it back the next day, apparently there was an issue with the front struts(which would have been discovered with a simple test drive). Also, after paying over $500 for repairs (which was reasonable for the work done), found that some parts totaling less than $40 were not replaced when they should have been. You decide.

State inspection and repairs
I brought a vehicle that was purchased from Virginia to Busheys for a Maryland state inspection. They were able to get my vehicle in right away. They were very thorough and accurate with the inspection. The vehicle did pass but they noted that the front brakes were starting to get low. I opted to have the brakes replaced even though it did pass. The reason why I had the brakes replaced at Busheys was because of their honesty and fair pricing. They offer a lifetime parts warranty on brakes which made it an easy decision. A neighbor recommended that I go to Busheys and I am glad I did.

brake job
had my wifes car in for what I though was a 4 wheel brake service, after inspection the tech informed me that only front brakes and rotors were needed, I appreceate that I wasn't sold unneeded services and the car stops great now. highly recommend.

timing belt replacement
I did my timing belt replacement at this shop. Later on the car started shaking and workers didn't want to fix the problem (didn't honor their warranty). After contacting this place and asking them to honor their warranty, I ended up going to the Honda dealership and payed over $1200 for the mess that Bushey's did to my car. After repairing the car at the Honda dealership, I requested Bushey's to pay me back and showed that Honda dealership in writing stated that problems with the engine were caused by incorrect installation of the timing belt. Bushey's declined and ignored my request even though I had a written statement from the Honda dealership. The owner/manager of the store, Mr.Howard, was very rude and told me that as a customer I needed to adjust my schedule to meet with him, if I really wanted them to fix their mistake (I tried to talk with him three times before 5pm, but he leaves the store after 1pm).
