The continued professional attitude of the Firestone Team at the Madison Heights, MI store is amazing. I purchased 4 new Firestone 710 tires from Jeff and Pat and they were installed and the ride and quiet support were as they said they would be. I always appreciate their demeanor because I deal with the public and it is tough to always be on top of your game. The reality about purchasing items for your automobiles is to maintain a 100% trust and belief that you are being treated with respect when you drive into their facility. After several years I may be biased, but my father operated a Shell station for over 35 years in Dearborn and he taught me to respect good work and honest dealings with your customers. Great Place for Complete Auto Repair

Took my car to GLA at the referral of a close friend because my brakes lost all power. I had known for about two months that I had a small leak in my front passenger side brake line, being the son of a former mechanic I had bought parts and planned on doing the work myself. However, weather and timing were not on my side. Took my car in and Matt and John took a look at it and found that my master cylinder had also went bad. They replaced the cylinder and found that I was right about the leak in the front passenger line, however Matt was pretty sure that the increased pressure from the new cylinder caused the leak. They replaced the line as well and now my car stops better than when I bought it. They did it at a reasonable price too, because I know that the same job at a dealership could have been $900-1000. I'll definitely be seeing them in the future.

Well guys, you've done it again. I brought my truck in for a fuel pump and blower motor replacement. The work was done ahead of schedule and with the attention to detail you would expect from a much pricier shop. I was given a verbal estimate of the costs to fix and the estimate was correct. They promptly went to work on the vehicle. I am always pleased with the amount of effort these guys put out in order to resolve the source of my problem. See you agin soon.

Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back to finish the work & purchase my tires too! I'd recommend Ode to everyone! Cindy H

We have been using King's for 10 years now and have always felt like family. My car broke down on my lunch hour, I was towed to Kings and Brenda drove me home to drop off lunch and then back to work. One time my car wouldn't start in the driveway, I had it towed to Kings and nothing was wrong with it so they didn't charge me. They always give an estimate and call before starting any service. They have never added on extra services or used a high pressure sales to get more money out of you. They treat you like one of their own family and fix your car to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
