The continued professional attitude of the Firestone Team at the Madison Heights, MI store is amazing. I purchased 4 new Firestone 710 tires from Jeff and Pat and they were installed and the ride and quiet support were as they said they would be. I always appreciate their demeanor because I deal with the public and it is tough to always be on top of your game. The reality about purchasing items for your automobiles is to maintain a 100% trust and belief that you are being treated with respect when you drive into their facility. After several years I may be biased, but my father operated a Shell station for over 35 years in Dearborn and he taught me to respect good work and honest dealings with your customers.
