BRAKES
I took my car to Auto. Tech. to have my brakes fixed! Ryan gave me an estimate on what work needed to be done! He was VERY patient & knowledgeable and explained to me why they needed to be replaced, and told me the costs of the parts, what the labor would cost & told me approx. how long it would take to fix them. And gave me an written estimate before the repairs were started I had called other repair shops & they had all told me an approx. costs of the repair and they all quoted much higher prices & most of them couldn't fix it for at least 2 to 3 days where as Auto. Tech could do the repair that same day, that I took it in! They have three Master Mechanics on staff every day. They All were very helpful, and very trust worthy! I will definitely take my cars back there & would recommend them to my friends!

Brakes
Brought my truck here last week to get my brakes repaired. They got the job done fast and the price was very reasonable. Jake and Jeff were very polite and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

attempted repair
Terrible service and can't diagnose. I brought my car in so they could fix what another place thought was a problem with my car's tie rods. These guys decided to take a shortcut and fixed the stabilizer links instead, because they thought that was the problem. I got my car back a few days later and the problem was not fixed at all! I brought it in again, and even though it was the second time I'd brought it in, they still took THREE days to look at my car again and finally actually return my calls, telling me that they were wrong the first time--the problem was actually with the intermediate steering shaft, a $450 repair. And of course they tried to argue that the stabilizer link did help with the original problem, and would've needed to be replaced anyway. Never going here again. If you want an actual positive experience with a car repair shop, go next door to the East Lansing Auto Pros. Not here.
