charged 2 times same day 6/2/15
I was charged twice in the same day, 6/2/15 3199/3199. I would like it returned. I have my bank statement.

Gold car wash
Several weeks ago,my husband and I stopped in for a carwash and my husband did not tip the attendant....The attendant did not powerwash the bugs and wheels for us so when my husband complained to me about the service I defended the attendant saying that since he did not tip what did he expect.... Today we again stopped in for a wash and this time I handed my husband the tip money for the attendant and what I expected to happen DID NOT HAPPEN!! I'm not sure that the attendant even thanked us for the tip, he pushed the button to start the chain moving and then went into a side door not to be seen again..he did not spray the front or tires of the car, we started moving and immediately the stench of rancid water hit us!! Yuck! We could hardly stand the smell!! When we got to the blowers, it appeared that the drivers side did not work properly and the left side of the car did not get dried....Needless to say we were very unhappy with our experience today...My husband keeps teasing me about giving that attendant $3.oo to "push a button".. :( Tammy Pojar email: jlilbit101@aol.com
