the lady that answered the phone was rude and unorganized and unprofessional. bad service would not recommend it.

I called today (April 1st 2013) for information on renting a truck. I spoke with a lady that came off extremely rude, I thought to myself " this must be a joke..." I quickly learned it was no joke and she clearly wanted nothing to do with me (or my business) During our conversation I asked her to clarify some prices that she had listed and the response I received was short and harsh. I would not recommend this U-Haul service based on this experience.
