I took my car to East Lake to get a small dent removed.  When I returned to get my car the dent still remained.  I was told by the owner that was the best that could be done and I was just being to picky.  He became very belligerent and rude with me and walked away from me cursing under his breath.  The problem never got resolved because he refused to fix it.  I am warning anyone that is thinking about taking their car to East Lake to shop around and find a place with a good customer service record and with a good reputation for excellent work.  East Lake has neither and I would recommend not taking your business there.
