I asked them the check out my brakes because they were squeaking and to see if they can figure out why my car sounds rough when it runs. The technicians were honest that the brake pads did not need replacement as they were just rusty. The transmission flush has made a positive difference with the way my car runs and shifts. I have been bringing my vehicle there for years to get tires. Never had a problem. Recently when I bought 4 tires and wanted them installed, I was told that there was an issue in removing the rear two and replacing them. There was no problem with the front 2. I was told that the rear two were torqued too tight, and that was the reason why they couldn't be removed. All 4 tires were torqued to the same tightness. So my question is, how could the front 2 be removed, but not the rear? I took it somewhere else, and they had no problem with removing the rear tires. Obviously, the person who was working on it had no idea what they were doing. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service. You should look closely at the people you have in your service department, and see what the problem is.

Great service and great staff. I've had the opportunity to take both of our vehicles there for regular oil change, routine maintenance, & oil leaks, radiator replacement, axle, brakes etc... I can honestly say that that they will give you an honest opinion on what is worth repairing and what (which is what i needed to know for my beater) and competitive pricing. Service turnaround is quick is staff is friendly and honest. I will highly recommend it to anyone. ps: both of our vehicles are Japanese made.

Excellent service. They changed my oil, headlight, and gave me a much needed vehicle diagnostic on the other things I needed fixed in record timing, and for a really good price. The people there were all super nice and friendly. 10/10, will visit again!

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good.
