Went to get new tires put on. My car had special locking studs at the time. A technician asked if I had the right key for taking them off and I told them no. Jeremy decided they were going to try and remove them anyway even though they didn’t have the correct tools. He used the wrong extractors and broke 3 of them. Wasted 45 mins and I had to go somewhere else to get them replaced any how. Service was not very friendly. Very adamant that it was a priority that they got to leave at 5 and not a priority to get my vehicle done.

I came in for a “free” oil change which was scheduled ahead of time. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes, was sold a ridiculous price for some filters. When car was ready, I got in to find my car sounding loud like a motorcycle. Quickly turned around to be told there was a broken box causing the noise (news delivered to me in a “it’s your issue” rude demeanor. However, when I drove it there and forever prior, no loud motorcycle noise. Conveniently, the last time I had my explorer there I drove in without any issues and left with a tire sensor fault that ironically came on at that given moment. Ironic? Or drumming up business?! Very unhappy and definitely broken trust!

Horrible place. Bunch of crooks. I had them put tires on my car. They were my own tires that I just needed switched for the older ones on my car. 11 days later the right front one comes off the rim. The mechanic told us that it was because of corrosion on the rim caused it to leak, and that it would have been an 'extra charge' at the time they were put on to have the rim cleaned. Both guys who were with me thought this was ridiculous. Also, how could my rim have corroded that much more in 11 days? It should have been caught the first time. Obviously they are incompetent or just trying to come up with an excuse for something they knew was their fault. Regardless, I should not have had to pay 20 bucks for 5 minutes it took them to clean the rim. RIP OFF! It should have been free just for all the hassle of having to take the tire off and take it there and put it back on. I will tell everyone I know not to go there!
