I purchased a set of tires and scheduled an appointment for install the following week. I dropped my vehicle off that morning and received a phone call shortly after to inform me due to a sick call I would have to reschedule my appointment the following week. Very inconvenient to make arrangements in advance with a co-worker to pick me up and then not get my tires installed that day. Now I have to make arrangements next week again.

Had oil change and bought windshield wipers. Well the drivers side arm of windshield wiper is broke , it wasn't until staff installed the wipers. Now I have to pay to fix this issue. I'm not happy.
