Took my car in because I had a flat and it was time to get a rotation. I wish I could’ve given this five stars because they got my car in fast, fixed the flat and rotated the tires. I went Three stars because when they put my spare back in, they did not properly mount it for storage. When I get home, I had to remove the spare and Stow it properly. no complaints other than that.

I came into the shop at first opening before they actually opened, I had a Broken Shackle to my spring on my dual axle trailer. The manager of the store looked at it and said the mechanic comes in at 8:00 and we will have him take a look at it. I had the parts but not the tools. The mechanic came in at 8:00 sharp and got to work on it right away . This shop was kind enough to get me back on the road almost immediately, and they did not take advantage of me. I wholeheartedly recommend this particular tire shop and the people that work there.

My promaster van had a steering wheel shake, I had taken it elsewhere to get alignment and balance done twice, but it wouldn’t go away. The guys at Siemers Dr Plaza Tire noticed I didn’t have something called hub centric rings, which I guess eliminate any difference in size with the rims and axle. Those little cheap plastic rings fixed the problem! I was stunned and grateful, I had bought new tires as well and no one else figured out the problem. Thanks again, Van runs perfect with no shake any more!!

My truck, I took it in for an oil change. Had a coupon for $26 for a basic oil change. The total bill was over 40$ for the oil change. I questioned why, seeing that I had the discount coupon. The technician said the truck required an additional quart of oil. Suffice to say, it's apparent that I failed to read the small print restrictions on the coupon.

This location fixed a rotate and balance the the North Kingshighway location messed up and kept giving me the run around on getting the tires balance right. The manager at the Siemers location was extremely helpful and didn’t charge me to fix north kingshighways mistake. They balanced the wheels again and found 2 wheels where out of balance by over an ounce. Thanks Siemers location. If I decide to use plaza in the future it will be the Siemers location. Got 2 new tires , 2 rotors with brake pads and an oil change for a little less then 600$ after being told at first it would be around 780$ , I am weary of plaza as I do not believe I needed 2 new rotors after researching the sounds of “new brake pads vs new rotors” . But was then told to wait in my vehicle and that they were going to do another vehicle. The young guy had come in to buy new tires and after looking at them, the employee told him they weren't needed. They checked some things and he ended up needing something repaired, but he took the time to figure out the problem. He didn't just sell new tires and call it a day. I had an oil change, new wipers and tire rotation on a Saturday morning and I believe they had me in and out in about an hour. And, the waiting room and front counter were both set up for social distancing. I'm much more impressed with this location than the other 2 in my area. This will be my preferred location moving forward!

They forgot to change my brake light, but they didn’t forget to charge me for it and the new breaks they installed are making weird noises when I slow down. They worked on my car from open to close the day I brought it in. I’m seriously wondering how much of that time was spent on my car. I feel like they took advantage of me. As usual, service was phenomenal. I had a tail light out, and the check engine icon was on. Perhaps half an hour later, and with a bill for just shy of $11 dollars, I had a replacement bulb and a working tail light, and a code reading of the check engine icon--evap emissions leak. However, when we arrived the next day, the appointment was not in the books. The service manager still took the appointment and got it finished in an appropriate amount of time. I truly trust Josh's experience and judgment, and I never feel I am being oversold there or pushed into doing something that I don't need to have done. On this recent visit, they got the vehicle in, did a preliminary diagnosis, and gave me an estimate. I left it to them, and got a courtesy ride home from Jacob. Later that afternoon, my vehicle was ready for pickup exactly on time, and the estimated cost was accurate pretty much down to the penny. I value that kind of reliable, dependable, convenient, rapid (and in this case, affordable), service. That is worth a lot to me.
