I was quoted about $400 and then got hit with a bill over $500 for repairs. Few minutes after I drove away, car was having the same problem. Immediately returned the car around 3pm and was told they would look at it then let me know. Had to call back around 11am the next day to ask for an update. John told me that vehicle needed engine work and referred me to another shop.  The other shop fixed the car and said that the repairs Plaza did had been done incorrectly.  So I had to pay for the same repair twice.  I sent this info to John, spoke to him, and he said he would get back with me. 4 days later, no contact back from John. Overall, this is the worst repair experience I have had.

Escalade was vibrating going down the road.  They found a bad tire and I ended up replacing all four!

I am typing this note to let you know that I have had this vehicle since 2018 and this is the first time that all tires balanced out so perfectly and has given us the smoothest ride we have ever had!

I have been to Plaza multiple times.  Good prices, friendly people and great service.  I would highly recommend.
