Had 4 new tires and alignment done. They were done fast and the work was good.

The front tire rims and wheel wells had a thick coating of black greasy dust. I was able to bring the car in the same day and have the technician take a look at the issue. After putting the car up he was able to determine that the black residue was from the brake pads. He looked at the wear and was able to tell me that the brakes had a lot of life left on them but said if the black dust was an aesthetic issue that we could replace the cheaper brakes for ceramic ones that wouldn't leave unsightly black residue. Very professional and patient in answering my questions.

Needed an alignment and long overdue tire rotatiion. As always this location is BUSY! I had to leave the car there which is super inconvenient but they got it done around 1PM (5hrs) The staff is always nice even though they seem to be busy ans shorthanded. Maybe corporate can do the right thing and do what it takes to make sure they have ample techs to meet the consumers needs.

When I left the plaza I had received an email saying all the different things that were checked on my vehicle as I pulled out of the driveway I noticed that my tire pressure light was still on and I expected it to go off in a few minutes says things adjusted We got our oil change prior to going on a trip and the tire pressure lights never went off We stopped at a gas station, and my husband had to put 10 pounds of pressure in one of the tires and adjust several of the others I guess a tire place I just assumed that would be one of your top priorities In addition to the oil change. I polite service From the employees and the shop is very convenient to my home, but I want to be able to trust that my tires were checked and all the other checkpoints that were listed… It’s important to me to trust those things before I go on trips and we travel a lot

Escalade was vibrating going down the road. They found a bad tire and I ended up replacing all four! I was sitting in line across the street at one of the "instant" places just to be told that they will get to me "in a few hours" to complete a simple emissions test. I immediately called Plaza and they said come on over... i got there in a matter of a couple minutes, my truck was in a bay a couple minutes later, and the testing was done a few minutes after that. The folks there were polite and professional and very fast, which has been my experience with this store before. Will be back for future car service needs.

I had an appointment for an inspection on a Friday and I was dropping it off on Thursday before expecting to pick it up on Friday when it was completed. When I dropped it off on Thursday, I was told they could do it right now. I was thrilled and I left there in a short amout of time. Now that was great service.

Plaza Tire in Chesterfield has become my first, go-to stop for diagnosing issues with my cars. This visit was the second time PT diagnosed and fixed an issue that a prominent STL tire/auto company had mis-diagnosed or failed to fix. PT in Chesterfield will now also get all my routine maintenance business.

I needed a new battery and left my car overnight for the battery to be delivered and installed in the morning. Work was done and they called when my car was ready. Always friendly and helpful on the phone and in person.

My car had the plastic guard over the oil pan hanging down, they fixed it right away. Everyone was very helpful.

I needed an oil change so I took my car to the dealership where I purchased the car. I always take it there for any car services. Once they changed my oil, the ticket writer came and told me I needed multiple things done to my car. One consisted of a positive terminal that was by my battery needed replaced, even though I had had no issues with anything showing up on my dashboard. I ask if there was any way to clean it vs buying a new one, which the part itself was $700+ and the ticket writer said no. I came to work and told my coworkers. One of them called John at Plaza Tire in Chesterfield and I took my car in the next day for him to replace the battery, which I knew I needed to replace due to the corrosion on the top of it. John took excellent care of me. John said that there is no reason to replace that positive terminal. He had the staff clean it really good. I have about four other smaller things that need to be serviced and I will be making an appointment with John at Plaza Tire. I will no longer use the dealership for any of my car needs. That includes purchasing my next vehicle.

I continue to have issues with the front left driver’s tire leaking. I just had the tires rotated and they have a little over 6,000 miles on them. It appears there is a leak as I’ve had to fill up the tire every second day. I’ve taken the car to the dealership twice with no positive results. Hopefully today we can get things fixed. I drive 100 miles round trip to work and I don’t like have a faulty on the road.

The reason I went to this location is because the location on Manchester Road where I have been going for all my tires and service for several vehicles for over 10 years didn't have time for me. One of the 4 tires I bought about 6 months earlier for $963.22 got a screw in it. I went to the Manchester location and was told they were booked up for the day and could I leave the truck which I could not. He told me they might get me in but it could be several hours. . Asked if I could make an appointment for the next day. They were booked up then to. There were no cars in the bays but I was told it was lunch time and this was their busy season. He said I could try another location which is what I did. If I were rating the Manchester location they certainly would not get 5 stars. I think Plaza Tire Service has just gotten too busy for me and after all these years, I will go somewhere else from now on.

Did a great job on struts, shocks and new tires. Soon afterwards, hit a big pothole which caused the back shocks to fail. They willingly replaced the shocks at no charge. We highly recommend them. Honest and convenient.

Purchased new tires for my SRT. Darrell went above and beyond to see if he could find a more cost friendly alternative to the Pirelli's I had without compromising performance or aesthetics. He did a great job to find a pair of tires that I am very pleased with. In addition, after the tires were installed, I had a bad rubbing noise coming from the front. A bearing had gone bad and they were able to replace the bearing same day - great service.

This holds the control arm to the subframe. This was absolutely a wreck waiting to happen and nothing was said to me about it. They let my vehicle, damaged in a way that makes it unsafe, leave! I had made an appointment two weeks in advance to do the work agreed upon. I arrived on the dot. There was no one else in the store waiting. This store, as with everyone everywhere, was short of help. They had one, maybe two persons working in the shop. When I first arrived I let them know I had made the appointment because I would have to wait while the work was being done. The manager initially said, " We'll get to it as soon as we can." That did not assure me that my appointment made any difference. I quietly let it be known that I expected they had reserved a rack and personnel to do what we had previously agreed on doing. At that, without saying anything to me, I could see that they switched over and immediately took my car in and began working on it. I was very grateful, I let them know that when I checked out.

As the district manager was the only person in the shop when I called, all credit should go to him (Dave R.). He helped me out by trying to patch a tire that had separated at the tread, when that was not possible or would be safe, I bought a replacement tire - not exactly the brand I necessarily wanted, but it will suffice until I replace all 4. Due to him squeezing me in near closing time and getting me back on the road, there's a good chance I will return to this shop to purchase those 4 new tires and perhaps a rim for the new full size spare. This is an unusual post in that the service was a total failure. Mike, the manager, properly diagnosed the issue I had with my Audi A4. I needed the oil pan replaced, due to a stripped oil plug. They ordered parts and attempted the repair for 2 days. Due to German engineering, they were unable to do the repairs. It had to go to an Audi dealer. Mike admitted their inability and did not charge for the oil change or the costs associated with the failed attempt. He also paid for the tow to the Audi dealer. I give Mike and his team 5 stars for honesty and integrity even though they couldn’t do the repairs.

Called in advance and explained issues my daughters car was having. Knew it needed an alignment and possible a strut repaired/replaced. Explained that I only could get her car there for 1 day. Was told that there would be no issues since you do alignments every day. Dropped it off the night before as planned and noted we wanted to pick car up around 2:00pm. At around 3:30 I called since I hadn't heard anything. Finally talked to the tech who was working on car and he explained what the cost would be but that he probably could not get parts that day. When I said I would have to come get it then as she needed her car back he did say he would go check to see if he could get part. He called back and said he could and he would stay until done. I thanked him and asked him to proceed. Right before 6:00pm (closing time) I got a call telling me it was done and asking me to pay over the phone. I gave my credit card and said I would be there in 10-15 minutes. I had left a $10 off alignment coupon in the drop off envelope so assumed that would be applied. We rushed there and people were still working but the receipt and paperwork were in the car so we left. Final cost was a bit more than the estimate and the coupon was not applied. Car does drive much better so assume all work done correctly. But a bit disappointed in the delay getting the car done and the coupon not applied.

I had an appointment at a Firestone store to have my tires replaced at 7:00AM. When I arrived, I was told they might get to at 1PM. I told Firestone I would come back at 1PM and was told if I didn’t leave my car I would lose my spot. Called a second Firestone store and got about the same answer. Appointments didn’t mean anything. Basically, drop your car off and Firestone will get to it when they get to it. My son recommended Plaza Tire Service at 9:00am. Plaza Tire told me come right in. Our last three visits to Plaza have been less than stellar. In all three cases, we had to return to the shop to have something corrected. First, tire pressure sensors were replaced. Afterward, the TPMS warning light was activated in my car. So far, I've had to return twice to have it addressed. The oil was changed in my minivan - the maintenance minder was not reset in the vehicle. My wife returned to have it reset and was told that the person who knows how to reset it wasn't available and could she come back another day. These return visits are never quick, which makes it super inconvenient. There's never an acknowledgement of fault or an apology for the inconvenience, which doesn't bode well for customer service.

Went in with slow leak. They said they could not fix it because it was “on a sidewall”. Said because auto was AWD they needed to replace all four tires (current vehicle tires relatively new, < 2 years). Permitted them to do oil change since vehicle was in need. I received a quote online and was able to select a specific time to bring my truck in for 4 new tires. I was quoted a price online for 4 tires. The price went up when I was at the store. They also asked me to bring my truck in before 9AM, when I selected a 1PM time online. I was able to drop it off around 10AM, and they said that was fine. I go the next day to drop it off and they again ask when I need it by. I told them by 4PM would work, and watched them write "Needed by 3PM" on the paperwork and to call when it was ready. No one ever called me. I came back at 3:00 because I saw the note on the paperwork. My truck was in the bay, but no one was doing anything with it. I could see tire techs standing around talking and doing nothing. I sat in the waiting area for almost 2 hours. I didn't get my truck until 4:55PM. This was after being told that at 4PM that it was almost ready, but only when I asked about it. They aren't fast as they advertise. Someone else came out and asked about my truck, I confirmed it was mine. And he told me I needed brakes. "Oh but we can't get them replaced today." Maybe if you didn't let my truck sit for over 5 hours, you could've done them today. I've worked as a tire tech, 4 tires is easily done in less than an hour. And I'm being generous. From start to finish, it took them 7 hours to get to my truck. Based on tire wear, my truck also needed an alignment. They didn't mention that at all. I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here. Untrustworthy and poor customer service.

Example, my car was returned to me after purchasing new tired and have my oil changed. The first thing I noticed was the wrong air caps had been put on my tires. He looked and said, “They put the black caps instead of the green caps.upon further inspection of the tired, I noticed all this black soot on my tire rims, and the tires looked old. Next, as I was getting into my care; I noticed grease on my car seat. I left there and took my car through the care was in Chesterfield, MO and paid to have my tires and rims cleaned. However, the person who did the balancing of the tires must of had difficulties getting them balanced because my car now pulls to the right. I called before hand to make a reservation for things like oil changes rotate tires new filters etc. but I make the appointment, because I have to wait for my cars, I always ask if I can get out in an hour which the answer is yes. The phone call is quite lengthy because they take all the details when I call them to make the appointment. When I arrive, they take all that information again. When I came in with my flat they again said I don't NEED new tires (if it were summer) but b/c we are in winter, my tires weren't the best. I didn’t bring my 2015 Chevy to get serviced . I actually brought my 1995 Chevy in for a nail I my tire . And they tried to charge me . What I discovered was that they gave me the wrong receipt but I am pleased that they didn’t charge me. Other thing was even though this old truck a 1995 Silverado with 435,000 miles on it wasn’t treated as if it was a newer one I found grease on the floorboard grease on the steering wheel which means they didn’t cover my floorboard or wear gloves moving my truck in and out of the shop for the tire repair. It wasn’t that busy there that day but your service writer don’t seem to know what was really going on.

Stopped in to purchase a set of new tires for my SUV. Told the Advisor what I was looking for in new tires, he pulled up three options. We discussed each tire pro and con based on my driving style. During my visit, I was getting 4 new tires. While one of the employees was balancing a tire, he took it of the machine and it landed on the center cap of my rim and broke it. The employee said sorry about that, we owe you a new center cap. The manager was made aware and looked at the center cap. The manager said only one tab is bent and cracked, he then puts it together the best he can and says it still works and does nothing to replace the part. I brought my vehicle in with nothing wrong with it but I leave with a broken center cap that costs almost $42.00 for a new one. I was not very pleased with how the manager had acted like I was supposed to be okay with a broken part when it wasn’t before I brought my vehicle in for service.

I went with a "middle of the road" rating because I'm tired of getting an upsell at every opportunity. I came in for a scheduled appointment to get my emissions tested, a process that should have had me in and out in less than ten minutes. Instead, almost fifteen minutes after I arrived, I had the service advisor come in and ask if I had a minute. Thinking I failed the emissions test, I said, "Sure." He went over a sheet saying I had two taillights that were burned out and that one of my rear tires was out of alignment, showing me a diagram. I didn't ask for this, and I didn't want it, because I was in a time crunch. It wasn't until I told them I didn't have time to do that, nor did I want to pay ten bucks a bulb and $85 for an alignment, that they finally did the actual emissions test. Don't do stuff I didn't ask for, even if you think it's helping me, because I know full-well you're just trying to upsell me on something. I wasn't there for a safety check, I didn't ask for a multi-point inspection, and I didn't want additional services. I wanted an emissions test, and I wanted to leave. That's it. Had you done that, I might actually want to use you for replacing my tires next time, but now I won't, and I definitely won't come back because the county has a mandatory mask mandate with which you aren't complying, showing me you don't actually care for your customers.

The work was done fine but there was a grease/dirt mark on my seat side when I got back in the car. I have been there before and will go back, but these two things were annoying.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician noted that front brakes were ready for immediate replacement and said the rear would soon follow. I authorized front and back brake replacement when I was informed parts were on hand and the work could be completed. As it turns out, the tech had to wait on front rotors to be delivered. I told them I had a plastic disc the size of a half dollar in my tire that needed repair. After having my truck for 4 hrs they told me it was a screwdriver and it was removed and the tire repaired. I found the plastic disc still in my tire the next day. I returned to the shop and a technician told me he remembered me being in and that they couldn’t plug the hole that the “disc” had caused. I asked why they put the tire back on my truck and he told me that they tried calling me and I didn’t answer. I didn’t get a call and the man who checked me out said absolutely nothing about it still being in my tire. They pulled the tire off the rim and to my dismay the “disc” was the handle for the screwdriver that was 1” in diameter and stick in my tire approximately 3”. Had the handle penetrated further into my tire at 70 mph I would have had an immediate blowout in a steering tire with possibly disastrous results. I’ve been doing business at this shop for years and know the manager Nathan fairly well. They’ve always been pretty good to work with and I’ve been pleased in the past, but obviously he has some questionable personnel working for him now.

I like these guys at Plaza, but they continue to trip over themselves. Regardless, I’ll always take my car is there. I set up my car for an appointment a week in advance. I told him it was a Volkswagen, and I knew my blower was out. Could they fix it. I took it in 9 AM last Monday they called after lunch and said they were now going to have to take the dashboard Out to check it out. They call me at the end of the day with a report and an estimate I never heard a word at the end of the day. The next day it went until 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I called him up and asked what they were going to do because I would like my car at the end of the day they now have the car for two days. They actually hadn’t started the work, and the guy said give me an hour and I’ll call you back I don’t have a report yet. The one problem problem is there’s two managers at the front desk. When I explain the details to the one guy he takes The info and doesn’t pass it along. So when I called in wanting a report, the guy at the front desk and answer the phone was clueless. They told me they couldn’t fix it and I had to come pick the car up. I walked in and asked for my car told him there was no charge and I just wanted my keys. He took the envelope pulled everything out read everything stood there literally 23 minutes and I said all I would just want is my keys. He was clueless the guy who originally took care of me, bleach blonde hair, super friendly guy, was underneath the car working like a mechanic with You could see they were working through the glove compartment because it was ground black greasy handprints on the dashboard, and they actually left a tool on my front seat, which I will return the next time I pass by.The guy who takes the original phone call, then checked me in, needs to quarterback the deal. You cannot over communicate enough if you have two different guys at the front counter. The guy taking care of me when I checked out was made to look pretty dumb

My daughter needed new tires on her car and she was looking for and good deal and someone she could trust. We called around and decided to go to Plaza Tire in Chesterfield Valley. From the moment we walked in they employees were so nice and answered any questions we had about different tire options. They didn’t push us in any direction. The managers and employees were extremely nice and helpful. They got us in right away. I loved the set up there. They have a flat-screen tv with the customer's names along with the estimated time your car will be done. You can also see your car being worked on because behind the counter is all glass. I must say that it was one of the best experiences Ive had. We will definitely be bring our cars there for any work that needs to be done.

Three days earlier the wrong tires were installed, so this visit was to install the correct tires. It took one hour 50 minutes despite the one hour guarantee. I also asked them to adjust the parking brake, but they didn't know how. After I told them, they said they should have known that. I wonder when I know more than the experts. Only my second visit, both disappointing. I did get $25 off my next service. Should I go back?

It took one hour and 45 minutes to install four tires and change the oil ( what happened to the one hour guarantee? ). The next day I noticed that the tires I got were not the tires I paid for. Plaza arranged to have the right tires by noon the next day. It took one hour 50 minutes the second time, but I did get a $25 off coupon.
