I had a blow out on my trailer on the way to go side by siding;I was with a group of 5 other vehicles.I had put my spare on to get to them and when i arrived at there place they got me right in and mounted me a new tire and I was on my way in less than 30minutes.They were so polite and would highly reccommend them

I came in looking for prices on tires after talking to the guy behind the desk, (I didn't catch his name), But he was very knowledgeable about the specific tires that I was looking for. He went out and looked at my truck and then proceeded to tell me that he had the EXACT set in stock. He also pointed out that if I got a Plaza Tire Credit Card that there would be no interest for 6 months. So, I went with it and got approved for card. He then went to work on putting on, balancing and aligned my front end as well. The whole ordeal took right at 1 hour. I was and still am VERY PLEASED with the service that I received.

I was dealing with a flat tire. I was a walk in. The guys were able to get me right in. They were very fast and professional. Definitely recommended.

When arrive for a new set of tires I was informed that the particular tire ( with white letters) was is stock and available. After the instal was complete , my truck rolled out witha black wall tire of the same model. They informed me that they no longer made that tire in white letter for the size I needed. I called another Plaza Tire close to my home town and found that they did make the desired tire is my size and would get them in the shop the next day. So I spent two full days at Plaza tire to get the tire I wanted . I felt miss led by the Cape Girardeau store just to secure the sale. Thank you Desloge Plaza!

We had 4 tires installed and an oil change. The spare tire wasn't put back in the car and the lug covers were missing. We had to go back the next day to get them. There was another part that sits between the rim and the cover that was left in the vehicle and not reinstalled. The oil change performed was not the type requested. They did an expensive synthetic change instead. They did refund the difference between the standard and synthetic change prices, though.

I had my truck and old convertible safety inspected. Since both of these vehicles are used with frequency by my wife and daughters I want to make sure they are in great working order. Even if an item is worn but still passes inspection I want to know so as to keep an eye on it or replace it. Chris and the mechanic did an outstanding job on looking out for my family and self. The mechanic found the wiper blades to be extremely worn, which I had forgotten about, Plaza Tire had the needed wiper blades in stock and at a great price. They even installed them! Pretty good outfit in my opinion. Thanks again folks!

Had a shreaded tire on Dully, Kent recommended 4 new tires on rear due to age and dry rot on other tires. decided to do all 6 tires since front was of similar age. Had oil changed on a Monday. After driving 2 days and well over 200 miles and smelling oil my husband lifted hood only to find oil cap laying on top of engine. We took back to store and they said they topped off oil and attempted to clean up oil that had sprayed all over the engine and inside of hood. I ask for an oil change , it took over an hour because the mechanic Dale spent most of that time trying to find things that he said was “A Problem” trying to drum up extra business. I have used Plaza over the past 40+ years but this type of service is a waste of time for me. When I go into a place and a ask for an oil change , that is ALL I want. Not an hour long tutorial on the color my power steering should be or my windshield wiper blade has a little fray at the end of it.

Not enough Mechanic's working. Had to come in town 2 days in a roll to get an inspection cause the one mechanic working was the inspector, waits are usually very long. Should be able to make an appointment to get inspection, after all he is a mechanic too.

I had an appointment scheduled and they didnt show it in the books. I had to pull up my email to show them the appointment. As a result of that I had to wait and it took far longer than in should have. Also, they arent doing anything to address COVID 19 at that location. The chairs arent 6 feet apart- no one wears mask or cleans anything.I would go again but they run around like a chicken with their heads cut off- no organization no one knows what is going on- its quite a hot mess there... but I appreciate the service. On November 6,2019 I was having a problem with my car and I stopped into Plaza Tire Service 47 in Desloge. They checked the car thoroughly and said there might be an electrical problem or bad gas. They could only go so far with the wiring but gave me a number and address of someone who could help. Always great. I usually show up before the store opens, to get in line. They always squeeze me in. This time, they did an oil change and discovered the rear tires were worn. They installed 2 new tires quickly. I was on my way in short order.

I took my car in with out an appointment because it intermittently would hesitate or not start. I figured it was the battery but the car was almost due for an oil change so I thought I would just resolve everything in one stop. The guys at Desloge were very nice and I had a co-worker pick me up so they could keep the car for the day. Mid day they called to let me know that it was in fact a bad battery and that it would be done before 5 p.m. They took care of the oil change and installed the new battery and I was good to go. This is what I found most interesting. i called Auffenberg in Farmington first because at the time the car did not start I was literally next door to them. It was Monday morning before 8 a.m. and was told that they could look at it for me on Friday afternoon. It is nice to know that there are still places like Plaza that understand that not everyone in this world has a garage full of vehicles or even someone else to drive them around. I had the van warmed up, but no hot air was coming out of the defroster. I put antifreeze in the overflow container, but it didn't really make a difference. Took it to Kent at Plaza. He put antifreeze in the radiator (a gallon) and now it heats fine. I will watch it to see what happens, but I think it will be fine. Thanks for educating me on all places to put the antifreeze! I bought 4 new tires and sit there almost 3 and 1/2 hours And then they came out and told me I needed my car aligned and Then they charged me 25.00 to reset the steering wheel another charge $25.00 and I may be blonde But I maintain my car every 3 thousand miles and normally go to the dealer ship to.get my oil changed and Anything eles.I never been charged a fee for reset the steering wheel,And I have had many new car/trucks and spending The amount of $694.abd some change ,My car dealer pulled to the right When We took it in .And then it Was pulling to right ,So I called Told me to bring it back ,And they would check it out There were only a few customers in the store at the time I got ther at 10:45 am and I left there at 2:15 PM. AND CAME OUT AND SAID YOUR GOOD TO GO .Never explained what the issues was Until I spoke up .And said I would like to know ,What you did to my car ,I keep records of all repairs on every car I own,And he said he tweek it out and had to move tires around,Yes it drove better .But while sitting there customers would come in .Wait at counter no one would come out of back .And about 3 people walked out and one of I am guessing had done repair ther before and Guy Ask the gentleman .Where your keys and said in truck .So he went and told his friend .Will just eat are lunch in here and he waited 45-1 hour and said this is bulls--tand And Said I am getting tired of 15 minutes turning into a hour.And they both got into There truck and burned rubber leaving.And As I was leaving a friend who was in the parking lot next door ,Who owns a bus8 there .Said girl that the highest place in town and it suck.I wasn't impressed .I think you need someone at your desk up front to answer calls and take care of there customers. After all Personal Customers Service goes along way .If you want a return customers ,I been in retail for 48 years ,And I learn quick if They come to your store and if They come 3 times and get the same treatment .They won't return and your reveiws.Will be like mine .Will I go back .I don't think so.

No bueno. I had a tire with a broken belt. It was visibly bad. As in, not knowing anything about tires you could look at it and say, "listen, I dont know anything about tires, but I know that one is f***ed up." So I went to get it changed, and they changed and disposed of the wrong tire. Perfectly good tire trashed. And then they were closed 5 minutes later. Had to get serviced somewhere else and purchase a second tire. Bad time 10/10 would recommend to someone I hate.

I brought my Dart in for 2 new tires. When I got home the tire tool was still around my lug nut and stuck because it was the wrong size. My husband got the tool off and I returned it to them. I asked them to replace the 2 lug nuts that they damaged and torque each tire, not sure if they had considering the tool still on there. Was told they had to order the lugs. They called me when the part came in so I could come back and get them on. It was frustrating to have to go back 2 additional times, that could have been avoided.

Went in with a flat tire. Said they fixed a leaking bead. Next day the tire was flat again. Never moved so I called to see about having my money refunded. Was put on hold and after 10 min I hung up and went to Walmart. They found a nail and patched it.

I went in because a coupe days earlier I had a tire patched and my tires rotated. It seemed like the front drivers tire was loose it had vibration and rattling. So they checked them. They spent a few minutes on the front drivers side and continued to check the rest of them. He came in and said they was all tight and I needed to got my tires balanced. I told him I didn’t have time. I left in my truck the noise and the vibration was gone. If the tires were all tight why did they take so long on the front drivers tire and why did my truck go back to normal.

I guess it isn’t standard good customer service to do so? When they checked my tires, the guy did it by walking around the car outside the shop and saying they were okay....REALLY? Didn’t bother checking tire pressure. My sister had recently gone to them for a check to get her registration. They failed it based on a false claim that it needed ball joints. She took it for a 2nd opinion and they passed the car and said nothingabout ball joints needing replaced. That was the second time they did that to her, before with her truck, same story. Not impressed at all.

They’re idiotic. They had my car for over four hours and told me it would only be an hour and a half. It was an inspection. They said they’d call me and I ended up having to call them TWICE and they never once even mentioned anything was wrong with my car. They didn’t even tell me it didn’t pass inspection until four hours later. And when I got there the paperwork that was given to me said my car had been done for THREE HOURS. I will never go here again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional, rude, and stupid.

My truck had a tire pressure problem, and one tire even went flat. I had taken my car for regular service and tire rotation as I do every 5000 miles. My rear tire was making a roaring sound and I asked the technician to check it and if there was a problem to please not put it on the front as I didn't want the constant roaring on the front. I was told the tires were just fine and left the facility only to find a deafening roar coming from my front tire. I was not pleased. My husband is a mechanic. He looked at this tire and found a slipped or broken belt with a subsequent "hump" in the tire. He then took the car to Desloge Plaza Tire where we purchased the tires with the service plan less than a year ago. They were friendly, professional and very helpful. They agreed there was a problem with the tire, replaced it for a minimal charge per the agreement. Service was great. Today I returned to this same facility as the other front tire developed the same deafening roar this week. Once again the tire was replaced for a minimal charge and we found the service exceptional. I'm very pleased with this Desloge facility and will make to sure to drive a little further for their excellent service. I work in home health and do more than my fair share of driving; I use Plaza Tire for my services and tires because there are several locations in my work service area and I feel I have peace of mind if I have an issue. I would definitely recommend the Desloge facility.

I took my car in to have tires rotated and balanced. I also asked for an alignment check, as I had replaced the front struts the day before. They were honest with me telling me to give the struts a little time to settle in before doing the alignment. They could have said I needed an alignment right bc away. I will still need to get one, but will let the struts settle in longer.
