While we miss Tim in his retirement and appreciated every time he has helped us over the last 4 years, Codi is a great choice to take over this shop. It is a really good crew that works well together and has always done their best to help us with all of our vehicles. I have never been disappointed in their service, honesty and attitude. Harder and harder to find, take care of them.

Had some major brake issues and after getting it up on the lift it was going to be a huge repair bill. It could not be drive out if the shop like that and I was short on the repair bill. They worked some Christmas magic and I was able to get back on the road in just a few hours. I was so grateful that they worked with me and got my bill to the ammont I had.

I am very happy that we got our cv axle replaced in a timely manner. Workers were professional and knowledgeable about the process and the process was essentially painless.

I purchased new tires then the technician found that it needed new brakes, rotors, calipers, and hoses on the rear end. They ordered the parts and got it fixed in a matter of 2 days, including the weekend. I am very happy with the work they have done to my car because I depend on it daily. My car was making the loudest noise I've ever heard come from a car. Called Plaza Tire late in the day, and they got me in first thing in the morning. The found it was a rock causing all the issues. I appreciate their honesty and quick service.

Pulled in an hour from closing time with a need for 4 new tires on my Travel Trailer since I had a blowout on the road. These guys were very helpful and welcoming and even worked past closing time to accommodate my needs. Very thankful!

Needed new tires and serviced

Took my car in for rear pads and rotors. Shop was super quick and kept me informed of the condition of my repair since they needed to get parts from their warehouse. No big deal in total they had the car finished in about 3 hours and were ahead of schedule! My only issue is that I wasn’t told the cost of the parts and repair, nor was I given a figure on a quote as to how much it may cost. Most shops charge around $125 per labor hour, book time is around 1 hour for pads and rotors. Pads and rotors typically run $100-130$ an axle. I was planning on less than $300 for the repair. When I picked up my vehicle I was told the bill was around $675. This was a shock to say the least. I needed the repair so no big deal but it would have been nice to have been told prior to authorizing the work what the cost would be. Most likely will not return and do the next set in my driveway since it will be cheaper to buy the necessary tools and do it myself.

The Dexter shop is great. But if I didn't rate you the first time that doesn't mean send me another email. Especially a form email that no one even took the time to put my name on where it goes. That's sloppy and careless. And I already filled out your mandatory info sheet, which I font agree with. And just because it's *required* to put an email address in it, THAT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO START SENDING ME EMAILS!!! My experience with the sore and it's workers was just fine. How this marketing crap after the fact isn't welcomed or appreciated. I know where your stores are all around Dexter and if I need something from you all I know where and how to get it. I don't want my info to even leave the store computer it aas entered in but I'm sure your "policy" reads different but that horse crap to. There was at Plaza Tire Service willing to help out and took care of it. The men out there very busy that day, and willing take mine. Waited a few hours was worth wait and to make it even out. Happy about that in the end.

my only issue is that when i called to make an appointment i was told the charge for an oil change would be about 65 dollars however when i got there i wound up paying 85 dollars. the work was done impeccably.

I called this morning to get my tire replaced, the gentleman on the phone was courteous and knowledgeable. He set me up with a time and shot me a price which was quite reasonable. The man that checked me in/out was very nice and friendly. The tech was quick and efficient. I actually came in under the estimate from the morning so I was very pleased to have a few dollars to put back in my pocket. The waiting area was clean. The coffee looked fresh and hot and the bathroom was clean too. This was actually the 2nd time we have been here and would recommend them to anyone that asks about tires.

I had concerns about my brakes and rotors. They checked and assured me they were safe. What I was seeing was only cosmetic and the noise was condensation. The nut to my oil pan was not tightened. I drove about a hundred and fifty miles park the car in my garage and then found out that I was leaking oil. I don't review anyone unless they were exceptionally good or bad. Plaza Tire was neither of them. They did what they we supposed to do. Since my visit I have been marketed by someone I have never met called Driverside. Their marketing efforts have insured I will not return to Plaza Tire.

Great job! My wife had a tire going flat(had 2 screws in it) . They were super busy , but Tim worked her right in and got her on her way. Great customer service!!

The people as always were very professional and nice. However, I was charged almost $50 for a set of wipers. I hen questioned, we were told this was our only option. Later I researched other local vendors and found out that I can buy wipers for my specific auto for $20 to include labor. I am happy with the people and the service but very unhappy with the price.
