I bought a set of top of the line Michelin tires about two years ago. I have been very pleased with the follow-up service (rotations, balancing, alignment, repairs) that I have received at Plaza Tire Service - Farmington, MO. The customer service/sales people at the front desk are excellent - Ron, Chris, Aidan. Aidan waited on me the last time I had a rotation on 1/13/24, and was, as always, courteous, efficient, and customer-focused. Aidan always explains the work to be done, provides advice and information, and accurate time and cost estimates. I highly recommend Plaza Tire Service - Farmington to all my friends, neighbors, and colleagues. Our Sons truck needed tires bad. He is getting ready to go back to College and will be on the roads during winter. I was running late and Plaza Tire in Farmington, Mo got me in, and not only were they able to put the new tires on for me but they also did a front end alignment. I was very Grateful.
