I bought a set of top of the line Michelin tires about two years ago. I have been very pleased with the follow-up service (rotations, balancing, alignment, repairs) that I have received at Plaza Tire Service - Farmington, MO. The customer service/sales people at the front desk are excellent - Ron, Chris, Aidan. Aidan waited on me the last time I had a rotation on 1/13/24, and was, as always, courteous, efficient, and customer-focused. Aidan always explains the work to be done, provides advice and information, and accurate time and cost estimates. Our Sons truck needed tires bad. He is getting ready to go back to College and will be on the roads during winter. The guys did a great job on servicing my vehicle and were courteous. My only concern was that I had an appointment at 9 a.m. and it was 9:30 before the car was worked on. The whole reason for making an appointment was so I wouldn't have to wait so long.

I had to have an ID/OD done for a vehicle I was selling. Though many other shops had no availability and told me they would not for several weeks, Plaza Tire said I could drop my car off and they would take care of it - and they did, quickly and professionally! They were courteous on the phone and in person and I would not hesitate to take a vehicle there again.

We stopped in Farmington for lunch and noticed that one of our trailer tires had blown out on the highway. Thankfully we were just 1/2 mile from Plaza Tire. The staff were all knowledgeable, kind & thorough...and got the new tires on without a long wait.

One of my TPMS sensors had been replaced by another shop which told me that it was the reason my tire warning light continually came "On". After they "fixed" it, the light was permanently on. I took it back to them 3 times and they couldn't fix the light issue. After talking my car to two other businesses, I went to Plaza in Farmington; they found the problem (the other business had installed the incorrect part) and fixed it very promptly - free of charge! I am very pleased.

I noticed my low tire pressure light was on. I went to plaza to have the cause determined, in fact there was no damage to any of my tires, but ALL were low. I had requested a tire rotation and an oil change. I was pleased to hear my front end needed an alignment. I was given an option of either a lifetime or one time adjustment. I needed a last minute inspection and they were able to get me in and I was able to get my license that day.

My left front tire kept showing a faulty sensor. I called Plaza Tire and they said bring it in. I did, they checked the tire and found it had a leak in the valve stem at the core. They replaced it, hand me my keys and said you're ready to go. I asked how much I owe them and he said nothing, have a nice day. It was a great day.

One of the rear brake pads was worn down to metal, creating metal-on-metal with the brake pad and the rotor. I elected to have the shop replace both rear brake rotors, calipers, and brake pads. A brake hose was found to be bad and a metal line. All were replaced with new, for a total expense of $1,295.00 Imagine my surprise when, 2 weeks later, the brakes failed. No one was injured and there was no damage. Took the vehicle to a shop close to where it broke down to get checked out. Found the new brake hose rubbing the tire to the point it rubbed through the hose and lost brake fluid. Also ruined the speed sensor wiring. Other shop performed $376 worth of necessary repairs. I returned to Plaza Tire and was met with an extremely friendly, polite, and accepting attitude. Simply put, I was taken care of in a manner that brings great credit upon Aaron, Chris, and the entire shop. My extra expenses for repairs were quickly reimbursed. I am thankful for the honest and humble approach taken by this shop. 4 stars because the repairs were not performed correctly the first time, but it was made right so easily.

They checked my car for an issue and while they do not have the experience with hybrid cars, they informed me what their diagnosis was and suggested I take it it a reputable Honda dealer. They also checked the tire sensor light and discovered that it just needed a reset. They charged me nothing for the work they did to discover the problems.

i have a 2007 chevy avalanche and went in for an oil change. they compleated the oil change and replaced the air filter. upon return i was informed i need new winshield wipers and both belts. I had just replaced the wipers two days prior with a very good brand name wiper(s), i also replaced the water pump three months ago.. also replacing the belts. Also when changing the air filter they LOST one of the screws holding the cover on the air box.. As usual, the Plaza tire crew does a great job, and I have a great pair of tires on my truck, which should last me another 85,000 miles. No complaints about the workmanship, or the help that they have given me. Plaza Tire is first rate. But, I will mention, they need to change their source of tire valves to something more dependable. I had to replace a defective tire valve today, a week after I bought the new tires, because the rubber that surrounds it, which is suppose to make a tight seal into the wheel, crumbled and broke apart. I am surprised that the valve didn't shoot off the wheel after the tire was repressurized! This makes the second time in less than 1 year I have had problems with tire valves. This is not the fault of Plaza Tire, but rather the manufacturer of the valves which they have on hand.

I told the guy that waited on me that the alignment I needed was because my steering wheel would shimmy when putting on brakes when going fast. He made no mention to me that is not what needed to be done. He also made no notation about what I said. When I got vehicle back, it still shimmied when braking at high rate of speed. When I called the shop, that is when I was told by the guy who usually wants on me, that the alignment won't do anything about the shimmy. That's something to do with my brakes. I am aggravated because I don't have a lot of time to run to the shop for something else to be done. This is the really busy time of year for me at work. Plus I have to fork out more money to actually fix the problem.

As I was on the way to get an oil change, my engine temp warning light came on. Called Plaza and they advised me to let the car Copland try to drive on to the shop—about 3 miles. I was able to drive to the shop and they checked everything and couldn’t find a leak or problem so told me to let them know if light comes on again. No problems so far. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I was told my vehicle was ready. When I retrieved my vehicle, I inspected my wheels/tires. One of my wheels had a distinct characteristic that separated it from the rest. It was on the passenger front when I arrived and also when I retrieved my vehicle. It was obvious that it had not been rotated. When I went back in to discuss the issue, the person at the counter called the technician into our conversation, where he proceeded to get defensive. He then took my car, driving it faster than I thought he should through the lot, back into the bay. They then rotated the passenger side that I had pointed out, but I have my doubts that the driver side was rotated initially. Once done the technician pulled my car out and again drove it fast across the lot, parked it and brought in my keys. I was given no apology, just attitude. I lost trust in this business, so I will most likely never return.

Overall good experience as usual. Tires were bought at Plaza so rotate and balance were free. Had alignment done as well, since I was there, the tech was able to align, but unable to get the steering wheel straight and as it had already been awhile, I told him to not worry about it. Was able to run it by the place I usually have alignments, took him just a few minutes and a few bucks, to get it corrected for me.

Driving home and found rear tire was low on air and found nail in top of tire, called and said come on in they'd get me in right at lunch time. So I stopped in and took it right in and made the repair and was on road home in 45 minutes. Very professional, nice tires still holding air so take by that good job.

I had front brake system rebuilt being a 2003 model the vehicle is 18 yrs old. I had the rotors, pads, calipers, and brake line hoses replaced. The job took a little longer than normal as one of the brake line fittings had seized to th metal brake line tubing. Once complete the brakes worked great. I still had a pulling to the left I then had the alignment checked and adjusted. Now no more drift it drives like it was new. I will come back and have the rear brakes rebuilt this then enhances the over all safety of the vehicle.

I finally got there 10 minutes to close. They checked my tire. Sadly, a nail sideways in the steel wall from all the construction I passed thru. They had a matching tire in the shop. Replaced the tire in no time. In and Out in about 30 minutes with the guys staying late for me to make sure that I and my Jeep were safe on the road. So I take my car in to have a caliper replaced, they were pretty busy and understaffed and I get that. However, I sat there most of the day watching people come and go. After about 4 hours I asked if my car had been worked on while I walked over to grab lunch and the guy looked very irritated that I asked. I wasn't trying to be rude I was just curious. So I left again, walked across the street to kill time and I get a call that I also had a broken ball joint. I hadn't noticed anything bad like that, but I'm not a mechanic. I had to decline having that fixed because that was more than my budget allowed me to have done that day. As I was driving home..an hour away..my car felt like it was going to completely fall apart. I couldn't reach more than 30 mph without my car violently shaking. It DEFINITELY was not doing that before I took it in that day or I would not have made that trip to begin with. Luckily I didn't have kids with me. I can't help but feel as though someone took their bad day out on me and now I'm down another $400 bucks. I will not be coming back.

I took my car in to have my front tire patched. I had run over some big metal bolt. They were able to patch the tire, for which I was very thankful for. But, they also told me that they found a piece of metal in the rear tire also. They said they took it out. But it didn’t puncture the tire. So that tire was ok. It turns out that it did puncture the tire, since a few days later I was dealing with a flat tire. It was apparently a slow leak that had gone totally flat. By the time I was able to get my car to a different Plaza Tire location closer to where I live, that tire was not fixable any more. So I had to purchase a new tire. I feel like the Farmington location didn’t bother to really check and see if the metal had punctured the tire. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with any Plaza Tire location.

Your website stated that I could have a contact less visit and would be able to stay in my car. First as I was waiting in the parking lot for my tire rotation a plaza tire tech opened my car door thinking my car was someone else's possibly exposing me, then when it was my turn I was told by the same person I had to exit the vehicle before they could put my vehicle on the lift. Then after my tires were rotated the tech started to put air in my tires which would of overinflated them causing excessive wear, the reason I was having my tires rotated in the first place!

I had stopped by the local high school to check my Grandson's car. There was nothing wrong with it, and it needed gas so I took it to the local station and filled it up. On the way back, the car slid at a stop light (It was raining). I assumed it was wet leaves, but checked the front tires when I got it back to his parking spot. The car's alignment was off and the inside of the tires were worn smooth, despite good tread on the outside. In checking the other front tire, I found it was down to the steel treads. I called Plaza Tire and they worked me in, and in a couple of hours (they were busy) they had me fixed up with two new tires and a four wheel alignment. Thank you for working me in, and doing such a great job on my Grandson's car.

It’s ridiculous that I have to pay a shop fee of $3.00 for supplies in the shop that were not used on my car. I was told by Kevin that you all charge the $3.00 for supplies such as brake cleaner, etc. I went in for a basic oil change and had a coupon for it. They didn’t mention anything about the “shop fee” before hand. So when I was stuck with a bigger bill I was quite pissed. Will NEVER come back!

I scheduled an appointment days inadvance, including the ordering of specific tires for my vehicle. A arrived a few minutes ahead of the appointment time. They took my vehicle in right away. 2 1/2 hours later, the vehicle was finished. I've had tires put on vehicles at other places in less than an hour. They were busy, but I've never been to a tire shop that wasn't. The man behind the front desk appeared to be doing all he could - answering the phone, scheduling appointments, ordering tires and other auto parts, helping walk-in customers - very busy! A man who appeared to be the store manager, came in the the midst of the busy time, went to his office and shuffled papers. He could have helped the man behind the desk. I'm happy with the tires.

I bought another set of tires yesterday including a new spare. When I got home I realized that the service man had simply thrown the mounted tire into the trunk with no effort to properly stow it away. He threw it on top of some clean articles and messed them up Sloppy work on his part.

So, the last 2 things we have had done we have had a problem and had to make a 2nd visit to get corrected, however, Because of this, and they care about customer satisfaction, they did the repair, which had not been done originally and ended up being pretty expensive, for free- did not charge us a dime. We had called and scheduled an appointment for the vehicle service, then got told they don’t do appointments (they did take my rig in right away tho)- evidently they only do appointments for tires. In my opinion the guys are friendly, professional, helpful, but things just seem kinda scattered.

We are not satisfied with Plaza Tire in Farmington, MO. Recently (last week) took our 08 Expedition there to have a complete brake job done, was told nothing was wrong with the front brakes, but back pads needed replaced. Took their word for it, after all, that is their job. Still didn't think it was right after they completed job, but yesterday proved it. Went to back out of driveway, passenger side front completely locked up. Either bad caliper, rotor, or brake line.

The oil change did get performed- and I appreciated the alignment check while I was in. The main issues I had with my service was that the engine shield came back with less screws in it than it went in with, (which is making it droop a bit, and I have to replace screws myself) and service was a notably slower (though I understand much of this due to the Covid-19 restrictions they are under).
