I let them know that the low tire pressure light was on for the third time in two weeks and that I had added air to the tires all three times. Then decided to bring it in and have it checked. Sure enough, there was a nail in the tire, plus they patched the old plug someone had put in the tire. Great staff and Great service.

The low tire pressure light came on three times in six weeks. On the third time, the service writer recommended further inspection, since the same tire was the low one each time. They found a nail in the tire, removed it, patched the tire, and sent me on my way.

Came in for an emissions test, left with the car running peppier. Can't beat that. Work was done on time and to spec.

We needed two new tires before a trip, and the guys got everything done quickly and with plenty of care so our trip was a success.

We chose Plaza for just a simple new tire purchase. Only special issue we had was the fact that while on a road trip several months back we had to "slime" a tire due to a leak. When cold weather hit our area and after my usual winter pressure check I couldn't get one tire to take or release air. I warned Plaza of the issue and they handled it very well. They could have easily charged me for an entire TPMS sensor but they simply replaced the valve stem and all was good. Nice to know you can trust a vendor for honest service. We'll be going back.

When checking out the tech said it was a big puncture hope the patch works if not bring it back and we will replace it under your road hazard plan. I had two service done there recently. One was an oil change on our Sequoia which has a metal engine shield underneath it. The same tech did it this time as last time and has had to correct the cover both times because of rusty bolts. He did a good job and happened to remember the vehicle from the last time. The other car was a Honda Fit. That went good to. After we got it back, the clunk noise in the front was good and you could tell the alignment was done well. The brakes appear to be in good shape too. They completed a safety and emissions for me and I was all set. Reasonable pricing, good service. That is why I keep coming back.

Made the appointment online and received confirmation however was not in the system when I arrived. After viewing my confirmation email they got right to work on my vehicle. I asked for my tires to be inspected after 2 different mechanics had recommended my 1 year old tires be replaced due to cupping. After inspection of my tires the service advisor said I had plenty of tread but the wearing was due to lack of rotation. Didn't ask any additional questions of me or offer anything other than live with the noise or replace the tires. Not even a suggestion or recommendation of rotation mileage or anything that would have helped me which I felt was not a service to me. Instead I had to find the information myself when the tire people could have provided me with the knowledge I could've used. I am appreciative that my appointment was honored but wished I would have gotten more advise that could have benefited me.

I only went because my tire would not hold air and the man on duty checked and found a small nail. He offered to repair it right then, and after hearing it would be half an hour I said yes. Well, it really took 2 hours; they were busy and I think I must have misunderstood. It was a re-do to balance my tires again, not happy as it was 3oz. off from prior balance same place. Had to make appointment and still waited hour to get started, overscheduled and behind at same time is bad for customers patience. I picked my car up after the oil change, drove it home and then took it right back because it had leaked oil all the way home. I had a mess in my garage and 2 streams of oil along my whole driveway!!! NOT HAPPY!! They were closed so we left the keys In the drop box and called them first thing the next morning. I hadn't heard back from them after 4 1/2 hours so I called to see what they found only to find our they hadn't even looked at it yet. I feel like I should have been top priority that morning. Turns out a gasket was pinched causing the leak. When I went to pick it up I wasn't even offered an "I'm sorry this happened " or maybe a coupon for a free oil change. We have been taking our cars to Plaza Tire for several years and feel like they could have handled this situation much better. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! AND I STILL have oil all over my driveway!!!!!!!!!

The tire tech was CONSTANTLY on the phone instead of doing his job on my vehicle. He got it done EVENTUALLY in his own good time. He had to come up front to look for a small medicine bottle like asprin or SOMETHING! When I work at the Amazon sort center in Hazlewood we could NOT use our phones except in times of emergency or during break. This policy needs to be implemented at Plaza Tire. The techs i DO NOT TRUST as a LONG TIME coustomer the: training, copentency, trust ISN'T THERE! Rick i trust, but as a manager he can only do so much! The SHOP manages need to be IN THE shop NOT up front stuck behind a computer ordering parts! The front staff need to LEAD, if an employee has a problem listen. I have NOTHING but problems after Plaza Tire balances my tires that need rebalanceed, due to wear or other reasion I have to keep bring it back, but Untill he retired I took my vehicles to Tomkat alignment (who was also a tire rack dealer) a small 1 person shop balanced my tires they STAYED balanced. Still using equipment 10 years old, but STILL the best Hunter industry had to offer to THIS DAY! So THIS is why I can only give 3 stars PLUS I needed 2 tires 255/70/16 AT & I couldn't get them till Monday, I had 1 that was just balanced (left front) come apart on me at 70 mph on the interstate in the middle of the night (last Thursday) I had a right rear rear that I found out was coming apart due to me INSISTING they be road forced.

We purchased a complete set of tires for my car. The service was great it was speedy and fast. But I do not think I'll come back for any more service because of a gentleman that works there. When I was checking out the gentleman that was doing my bill was trying to talk me into the roadside service for $39 and I said no I was not interested. That's why I had roadside service through my insurance. But the gentleman working next to him stuck his nose in and was obnoxious and said but that don't pay for the repair of a tire. Service is good, and I have no problem besides poor record keeping. You have this listed as a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I haven't owned the 98 Jeep for years. I bought tires for that in 2014 or 2015. I put 4 tires on my 95 Cherokee about 3 months ago, and just put 4 on my GMC Canyon. This also created confusion when I showed up for my appointment.

When I went out and talked to your shop the guy was wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. My ssue came after I picked up the car. I saw my tire levels were way off. I took the car back and they said it would take a while for the pressure sensors to adjust to the new tires. The next day they still were way off. I called and they said bring it back because when they set the TPMS it must have not set it(and that is very common). I live in Desloge so I didn’t drive it back. On Saturday I took it to your Desloge location and they said the issue was my tires pressures were a actually off. Here are what the tires pressures were. 48,49.30 and 17. Not one was correct, that is unacceptable. If I did not have a car that showed my tire pressure I would have drove on those tires until I had them rotated and by then the tires could have been damages or worse. I did call and talk to the manger and he was concerned with what happens, I feel he was going to take care of that issues so it would not happen again.

I was not happy with the service at all. I had to have my car towed to Plaza because it would not start. Long story short, it took them 6 days to get my car fixed. Then I picked it up on the sixth day, drove it on the 7th day and it started acting up again. Had to take it back. I was not kept informed, by phone call, as to what was going on. Since I was a “walk in” so to speak, my car was just worked on whenever they could fit it in. That is my only means of transportation. I had to borrow cars to get to work & when I was not working, I had to stay home. I felt like I was being treated as a second class citizen because I did not have an appointment. My car did not give me an appointment to break down. Usually I am pretty happy with Plaza, but the last two times I have taken my car there, service has not been good. Not real happy with them at all.

I wonder how many other people go to them for a simple tire repair only to be told the tire can’t be repaired, that they need a new tire and the others are pretty worn so best just to get a new set. I bought some junk falken wild peaks from them a few months ago and have had three flats already, went to two different stores for two if the repairs and they both tried to tell me they couldn’t be repaired. But we’ll sell you a new one. Like I said earlier, crooks!

A year or two ago I purchased the lifetime wheel alignment package. The problem is, my wheels are never aligned properly. This time, they rotated the tires and aligned the wheels, yet it drives worse than before.
