I took my vehicle in to get a tire fixed that was leaking air. I heard other problems going on with the vehicle but I was ignoring it because I didn't know what it was I'm glad I took it into plaza tire to get the tire fixed because while it was there they heard the noise also. The guys at that shop let me know about it right away and as I told me about it and told me what it was it would have been a big problem if I would have continued driving it like that. I am happy to say that they fixed it and did a very good job the guys at that shop are very helpful

I was disappointed as we had a tire that was not repairable which we had purchased at plaza tire with road hazard warranty but they didn’t have a replacement that matched and we had to pay the difference on a more expensive tire which was almost the cost of the tire we purchased to begin with.

To start, I was on a time constraint. I ordered a set of 4 tires which were special order. Delivery was 48 hrs. The Fredericktown shop was booked Thursday (arrival date), but because they know I was leaving town the next day, they squeezed me in. In the past we have experienced a very professional, pleasant relationship with Troy at the helm at Plaza Tire in Fredericktown, MO. With Troy's resignation, we anticipated the same when Todd came on board and were not disappointed. THEN CAME JAYCE INTO THE PICTURE. When Todd left the office to help another employee with a task, Jayce came in and acted like he owned the place. Rude, condescending, and insisting on changing the price we were quoted even though the ticket had already been made. Besides the oil change and tire rotation, we had brought in 4 tires on rims that we wanted broken down to sell separately. To top it off, Jayce insisted that we couldn't have our 4 tires that they had just had broken down because he said they had already thrown them into the disposal pile. We had to insist that we wanted to talk to Todd. Even then Jayce objected. Finally Jayce left the office to get Todd. It was then that 3 other parties spoke up and blasted Jayce for the experiences they had with Jayce. Todd was out in the shop but he quickly came back in and straightened everything out while I watched Jayce through the window between the office and the shop roll our tires to our vehicle at Todd's direction. The tires had NOT been thrown in the disposal pile but were less than 10 feet on the other side of the door between the office and the shop. I suspect Jayce wanted the tires for himself which had 30-40% tread left on them. The ONLY excuse I can think of for Jayce is perhaps he is new or he thinks by coming into the office and taking over, he can earn promotion. Boy, I hope not! He can't be trusted and he creates a real hassle for customers! If we run into him again the next time we visit Plaza Tire, Fredericktown, it will probably be the last time we visit Fredericktown Plaza Tire.

I was in town shopping and before I got done they called and had it done, I had a screw in my right front tire and I needed a new wiper blade on the rear. I am so glad I buy my tires here too because I always purchase the Road hazard insurance and that covers everything. I took it in for an oil change and Chris Robbins highly recommended I get new tires on the rear and I trust him so I ended up getting new tires all around, didn't know until I asked but the tires I purchased (at this store) earlier was way back in 2017, that shocked me I definitely needed them. It helps a lot that they keep such good records and can look things like that up, so I know how long it's been and how many miles I got out of those tires. Troy had a plastic glass In front of him to serve customers, but no mask. Chairs were apart 6 feet, yet 3 customers came in with no masks, one was coughing. The place is very small so I walked outside. I’m one of very few in our small town taking Covid very serious. The cases are now on the rise here, so people will eventually get what’s going on. I only use this location because I’ve known the store manager for 25 plus years. However he was off this day due to a death in the family and my daughter took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. She called me and I could hear her repeat my instructions about the specific tire rotation back to the manager on duty (Todd). After she got home I looked at the bill and noticed to $20 charge for labor. I looked at the tires and discovered they were not rotated as per my instructions. May daughter stated he was also rude and was trying to handle 2 more transactions as he was trying to cash her out. I find this unacceptable. I’m not sure that I can continue to do business with your company if this is the service I’ll get.

I am a long time customer. I get my oil changes and tires at plaza tire. The last two times I have had my oil changed my drivers side door has had the paint chipped off. It looks like the door has hit something and both the paint chips are within an inch or two. I have obtained 2 estimates and provided them to the manager. My truck is brand new and it will now have to have the door repaired and painted. I have not heard anything further from plaza. It has taken time to get estimates and will take a few days to make the repairs. All time spent on dealing with an issue that should have been prevented.
