I needed a tire repair and came in bright and early on a Monday morning. There were a few customers there, but they got me in really quick. They were friendly and professional!

I was not called letting me know that my tire had been repaired. I called on Saturday 08/20/22 to check to see if my tire ready, was told yes. I let the gentleman know that I would pick it up on Monday. When I went in on Monday morning 08/22/22 I was told that my tire and wheel wasn't there. This is a jeep tire & wheel worth close to $1,000. After them looking for about 30 minutes, I asked them if they had a ticket showing that someone paid for the repair. There was a ticket showing that the repair had been paid for with a visa card. At this time, I told them they needed to call their credit card processor, and find out who that card belonged to, and get my tire and wheel back. I told them that I had to go, and to give me a call when they found out something. About three oclock we got a phone call saying that someone returned my tire and wheel. What made me the maddest, was that they kept insisting that I must have picked it up, or someone in my family must have picked it up. Luckily my tire & wheel was returned, but I don't plan on going back anytime in the near future.

Brady Parker of the Jeff city shop did an alignment on my car last year and put camber kits in for me. Last week i took my car to get an alignment at Fulton shop and I was told repeatedly that my car had factory camber bolts that were non adjustable and that I needed to buy another set of bolt kits for my car. I told them about my previous visit to a shop the year before and that I knew for certain that I had the kits already installed. I even offered to call the Jeff city shop and have Brady call them.they said no. Then continued insist that they were factory bolts and that they couldn’t adjust them, Without me getting another kit. So I asked them to take it off the rack and I took it home. Called the Jeff city shop had an appointment two days later there. Also mind that this is an hour or more from my house. But I’d rather spend the extra gas money to have an honest worker like Brady to work on my vehicle. I don’t know if the Fulton shop is either incompetent or just plain lazy. The 2 hr round trip is insignificant now that I know they’re the only trustworthy plaza within a 100 miles.

I live in Columbia but work in Fulton, and one day during the course of the workday I found out that I had a nail embedded in one of my tires, causing a slow leak. This presented a risk of a flat tire when I drove home to Columbia at the end of the day, so I brought my vehicle to Plaza Tire in the middle of the afternoon to see if I could get it repaired that same day. When doing my rotation my Michelin tires which have a 80,000 miles warranty where down to the wires. I still had 40,000 miles left on my tires, so I had to purchase new tires. The company where I purchased the tires said it was way out of line. We drive this vehicle with respect and don’t know how it got way out of line. I had to wait five hours for my vehicle to be serviced, after being promised a two-hour turnaround. Upon driving the vehicle home, I noticed the steering wheel was out of level, cocked clockwise to the right. I took the vehicle back for Plaza Tire to remedy the out-of-level steering wheel. Second service was performed with a two-hour wait. No joy on the remedy: the steering wheel is still out of level! Otherwise, the balance, rotation and oil/filter change was well done. Unfortunately, when I arrived, we discovered that they didn't have my car's oil filter in stock and would have to have one sent up from another location, could I come back later that day or reschedule for another day? Since I'd booked the appointment earlier and had had an oil change at the same location before, I was a little disappointed that that detail hadn't been taken care of in advance. But I was able to return that day, and the rest of the appointment went smoothly and efficiently with very pleasant customer service. What really earns the five-star rating was when I stopped by unannounced and unscheduled the following Monday to see if someone might lend needle-nosed pliers to remove the penny I'd dropped in my cigarette lighter well and couldn't fish out with my fingers. I'm a little old granny, on my way to Memphis, anxious about not being able to charge my phone along the way. Not only did Greg immediately grab his tools, he went above and beyond when it turned out I'd blown the fuse by not taking care of the issue sooner. Finding and replacing the fuse required scouring the manual, taking apart the driver's panel to locate the schematic for where all the different fuses were located, plowing through the German version to get to the English version, opening the section indicated under the hood, digging into the spare tire well in the trunk where the replacement fuses were located, only to realize I'd probably burnt out the wiring, because my phone charger still wouldn't work. The process took over a half-hour, yet they wouldn't let me pay for the time they'd spent trying to take care of me. I was impressed and touched by how earnestly they took care of this customer! Thank you very much, guys!

I’m skeptical. A few months back I took my car in for an oil change and they called me to tell be my air filter needed changed. They said it even looked like a mouse had been chewing on it. I changed it myself at a later time and there was nothing that could have even been mistaken as a mouse chewing on it. Most recently, I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I left it had a shake in the steering wheel and pulled to the left. I took it back and was told my struts were at the recommended mileage to be changed and bad. My struts caused abnormal tread wear which voided my tire’s warranty. I was told I needed new struts and all new tires to remedy the problem. Now it pulls to the right.

I learned that Plaza correctly fixes flat tires, internal patches not cord stuffed in from the outside. I came in early in the morning, was placed on the order board and stayed in a clean and comfortable area until the job was finished. After a day I retorqued the lug nuts, all were tight, checked the pressure, it was where I like it, and carried on with my business, trouble free. What's not to like?

This happened when I recently had new tires put on so, it may not sound like much, but my steering wheel cover has a about an inch and a half to 2 in slice in it. I was disappointed to find that a tire guarantee I purchased when the tires were new was totally useless - it cost $9 per tire and lasted only 12 months or 12 thousand miles. When I sought to get a repair the store clerk told me the guarantee would result in only a $35 charge but after the new tire was replaced I was handled a $140+ bill with the explanation of the tire tread - totally bogus to get two different messages one leading to the repair and a second with a 4 times greater cost. I was going to buy all new tires before being told it would only be $35 and it was irritating enough that I'll likely take my business somewhere different.

Horrible. Long story short. I bought my tpms sensors else where due to I can get all 4 for $54 instead of $60 plus. The manager informed me that the shrader scanner you all use wouldn't scan them. That is lie number 1. I was the marketing manager for Discount tire for several years. I know better. So needless to say after telling him not to lie in order to boost profit I got him to have his guys install them. Once done they pulled it out and tried to tell me they couldn't reset them cause the scanner wouldn't scan them. Wrong. That is lie number2. So needless to say I used your alls scanner and reset my own sensors right in front of them. The tech looked at the manager and said "told you he knew better" and walked off. What the hell kind of business are you all running that would allow such people to run and be a face of one of your stores? I am spreading the word around the all the people I know and anyone else I hear talking about needing tires. That is just poor and bad business taking advantage of people who do not know any better.

Plaza in Fulton put two new tires on the front of escape a few years ago. They broke the valve stem inside the tire which cost 60-70 and is a large box. Then front tires were rotated to the rear when I purchased new tires from plaza in Fulton. The box was noticeable when turning the tire at slow speeds. It was balance and mounted. Finally I took tire to Mexico plaza tire. They removed box, did flat repair but failed to balance the tire. So this trip to Fulton was to balance the tire. No I will not continue to buy tires from plaza. I am done.

During my last oil change + checkup it was discovered that I needed a 4-wheel alignment and that I would need to have some new parts ordered. We discussed this over the phone and I thought that I heard a ball park estimate of "around" $600 for the alignment. I gave a verbal OK for the work, and after the work was completed, I was presented with a bill of $765. I let it go without much comment because I know how easy it is for an estimate to run off the rails, BUT, the next time I have expensive work done to either of my cars, I will make sure that I have written estimate and, if needed, a detailed report of why the actual bill was different from the estimate. That being said, my Element drives like a brand new car after the alignment. Kudos to guys in the shop.

I had two issues with my Jeep. On the first, Ron was very careful to point out that they were not 100 percent sure the repair they proposed would fix the issue. They even offered to refer me to another mechanic who has experience, giving away the work. I asked Ron to go ahead and perform the repair, which did fix the problem. The second issue popped up the day before my scheduled appointment. Ron asked me if I wanted them to look at it the day of my appointment. Once again we took our car in to have the oil changed only! They asked if we wanted them to top off the fluids and my husband plainly stated, "No, I do that myself" as he has stated many times in the past. We get home and check the bill and we were charged $4 extra for fluids. We did not go back in as in the past they have just blown us off. We also had a tire checked recently and was told that there was a problem on the side wall and they could not repair it--we needed a new tire. Brought it home and our grandson checked it and it was a nail in a totally different place. When we deal with Phil, this never happens!

I would have given five stars except they ruined all 24 lug nuts in the process of changing my tires. The service was great as far as product and time so no complaints about that. The value for my tires was about what it would cost at another dealer but not an exceptional price. I am happy with that. My issue is that apparently they used the wrong size socket to remove and put on my lug nuts and in the process have rounded the edges. I had to purchase new lug nuts all around due to this. Not a huge expense but this simply should not happen. Carelessness on the part of an employee.

Ron the service writer was efficient and very helpful. I had a 4 wheel alignment performed on my 2010 Traverse. The tech performing the alignment was excellent. He explained what needed to be done and even saved me money by not installing a part that was not needed on one side which is needed to make adjustments for camber settings. That side was well within specs and did not require adjustment while the other side did. Many techs would have installed the part to both sides and charged another $60 or more. The car drives straight and smoothly. I want to say thanks for the honesty and excellent service. Those are 2 of the biggest reasons I choose a service station to do my mechanical work. I went to have two new tires that I purchased online mounted and balanced. I wanted them installed on the front and have the tires that were in the front relocated to the back. I also wanted the rear wheel bearings checked. They were able to take care of it after an hour and a half wait. They told me the wheel bearings were good. $77 to basically mount and balance 2 tires and rotate the other two. When I got home I found the wheel bearing wasnt good. It had noise and play in the bearing. It took me 15 min to replace. I feel I was overcharged for the work that was preformed. The guys are very friendly though.
