They gave great advice on which tires to buy and the warranty is excellent. I trust them; they don't try to convince you to buy something you don't need. They tried to fix a problem with a malfunctioning wiper and recommended I take it to the dealer and didn't charge me--far more honest than another place which looked at it, charge $10 for looking, told me they would need to order a new arm and "maybe" that would solve the problem.

We were heading out on vacation and cut a tire. Called the shop and told me to bring it in once I explained the situation. In and out in a hour. One team member was working on my truck while the others were cleaning up and bringing in tire displays. Never heard a complaint about anyone staying late or us coming in at the last minute. I was traveling thru the area when my left outer dual tire on my RV went flat. It was already plugged snd patched but didn’t hold up. Someone at the state park suggested Plaza tire. Then another person at the campground I was staying at suggested Plaza tire. I called and spoke to Chris who helped me find a new comparable tire to match the ones on all the other tires. 24 hours later, the shipment arrive and they got me right in. Warehouse sent wrong size tires for my Acadia, Brandon said they a set of tires in stock that were the right size, on sale so they were even cheaper than what we ordered. We agreed and they got on it. These guys were swamped at 7:30 am, but I had an appt at 7:40, they got me in and out ASAP, The Acadia drives great with the new tires. The time before last when I got my oil changed on my subaru, I noticed something hanging down underneath my car, so this time I asked them to check it out for me to see what it was, the mechanic that changed the oil said it was the cover that covered my oil pan & filter, and if it bothered me, he could break it off, it is just plastic. I am just wondering, did the guy that changed my oil pull it down out of the way, instead of removing it to change my oil? I have always gotten great service since Brandon has been there, but the business is too small, not enough workers, it seems as though they are swamped every time I go there, they have too many customers for such a small garage.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. They messed up my lug nuts and I paid over 200 to have my truck fixed and it still had a shimmy! So I paid all that money to have them fix a problem that they did not fix and it wasnt once that I took my truck to them but twice and it still wasnt fixed so finally the 3rd time I took it elsewhere where they fixed it the first time!

Due to the Ironton store not having the tires I wanted in stock and not able to get them in as soon as needed, Brandon located them at another nearby Plaza Tire store and asked me if I wanted to go there to get them put on. My reply was I didnt really have the extra time to spare to go farther away to get tires put on. Long story short someone from Ironton store picked them up and brought them there to save me some time and gas! He made me an appointment for next morning after I called, when I got there they got my truck right in and got it taken care of, After taking it back out I remembered I was going to have them see why my windshield washer wasnt working so I asked if he could take a look for me. Brandon got it all fixed up as for some reason the tubing had came apart and not letting the fluid get to the windshield. In my opinion the Ironton Plaza Store is number one place to go to get tires and service.

It says 4 tires guaranteed one hour. I had paid a week ago because they were on sale and they were so busy, it was going to be a several hour wait. I made an apt for 7:30 am the following sat. I had another appt. in farmington at 9:30am, I did not make it. It took over an hour before they took off my tires and started to put on the new ones. it then took until 10am before my car was done. I reminded them they had not aligned the car. It took another half hour. I felt like since I had already paid I was not a priority. There computer was down, but if they could not get the car done in a timely matter, tell customers. I could have come back another time. Very frustrated. The gentlemen working down there are very much on the ball. Those boys really work. I had dropped a tire off on Tuesday the 11th. They called me a couple hours later telling me the tire had a 2" gash in it, and would need to be replaced. They ordered the tire, and when I went back on Thursday afternoon, they had the tire ready to put on the truck. 8 minutes from when I pulled in, I was pulling out. They even put the spare back on to its carrier. You really can't ask for anything more than that. I am very pleased!

I recently took my truck in because I had a tire that kept leaking air. I was there first on a Friday and they were swamped with work. So busy they couldnt hardly look up..lol. Brandon took time out tho to see what I needed which all I wanted at that time was air in my tire cause I didnt have time to get it fixed right then anyway. I asked him what day was usually slow and he told me. I took my truck back up there that day and Brandon got it fixed right up for me. The guy named Brandon at the desk was very nice. I could see out into the garage while my vehicle was being worked on, the guy doing the work was too busy getting drinks and smoking! I felt like that should have been done between customers. I had questioned the time frame when I first walked in, due to having to go to a meeting at work. I heard while standing in the lobby, they were short a worker due to someone calling out. Brandon had to keep leaving the desk to go out and help the guy with my car. The sticker put in the window was written incorrectly, with dates from the past! The oil life was not reset so I still have a warning going off in my car! I will not be visiting this Plaza Tire again!

Though the updated lobby looks nice, they seem somewhat sub-par to other Plaza Tire locations. Their computer system seems out-dated. They initially tried to charge me for a tire rotation b/c they could not find that I had purchased 4 new tires less than 6 months ago (at another Plaza location). I went to that location today to inquire as to why this purchase was not in the computer system and he pulled it right up using my license plate # - the same plate # they had entered in Ironton. They did, however, perform the rotation w/o charge. Thanks for that.

I brought my 04 Ranger in to have it aligned after rebuilding the front end. As always, Jamie greeted me and got my vehicle in quick. His alignment tech "Al", a very pleasant and knowledgeable man, had no problems answering questions I asked about the alignment. When I brought my truck in, I couldn't feel the road through the steering wheel which was unnerving to say the least. When Al finished the alignment, she felt like the truck I had just bought off the lot. She was solid, nimble and I could feel the road grip as I negotiated the curves to get back home. As far as I am concerned, Al is the only alignment tech I want to take care of my vehicles. Jamie has an excellent crew at Plaza Tire 13 and Al rounds out the group perfectly. Any work that needs to be done to a vehicle can and will be done well by Jamie and his crew. You will leave the shop knowing you are safe with any repairs the guys do to your vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

Just needed an oil change and roadworthy check before a long trip. They found that I needed an air filter that was not in stock but had it there by 8AM the following morning. I had 4 tires put on my Explorer and asked them to put one of my old ones in my truck. I was in a hurry and never checked to see if they had done as I asked. After driving 20+ miles home I realized they hadnt put the tire in my truck. THAT is the only reason they got a 4 star instead of 5 rating from me. Plaza got me in and out in a timely manner on a walk-in wheel alignment and tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. The manager was courteous and informative and the technician found and fixed - for free - a potentially serious issue I was having with my right front tire (loose strut bolts - my fault from a previous home repair I'd done) with no attempt to take advantage of the situation! My only complaint is that I feel Plaza's prices for basic services have gotten too high over the years.

I normally would have given 4 to 5 star, but on this particular day I was late for work from a low tire that had to be repaired. I have a warranty on my tires and was told when I bought them they would plug and rotate them for free. I recently had tire exchange done at plaza tire in Ironton MO. First to say I was there at almost 8 am and they open at 7:30 am. They still weren't ready for business once I arrived. Secondly the gentleman behind the desk was not polite or organized. and lastly there was three workers and only one of those really did anything. I will not be back and I will not recommend anyone going to this location unless you want to sit for hrs and listing to how busy there are while they sit and drink coffee.

I have decided I won't be going back to the Ironton store. I have not been pleased with them the last few times I have been there. The last time they overcharged me ten dollars. I brought to the guys attention and he said he would take it off me next oil change. Told him about it when I went in the other day and he said he didn't remember it. wouldn't take it off. Also told me that I could no longer use the coupons that i get in the mail. They could no longer take off for those coupons. My wife took our vehicle to Plaza Tire Service for an oil change and an inspection. She was told that it might be an hour before they got to her. Three hours later, at closing time, she came home, not getting the oil change or the inspection. This place is run completely different than it used to be. You cannot take your vehicle into the garage without them finding something else that needs addressing. It's almost like a scam is taking place, especially with their female customers. If it wasn't for the convenience of the location, we would take our vehicles elsewhere.
