I had terrible bouncing of my front wheels at speeds over 65 mph. I thought it was due to tire balancing but the manager showed me the problem and fixed me up with two new tires/ on front/ fronts rotated to the rear. Had to get tires on my van and they were very helpful and nice,didn't take long for them to put new tires on and check alignment would never take my van anywhere else.

I was only in for my usual tire rotation and oil change. Everything went fine until I noticed the sticker posted on my windshield was off by ten thousand miles!! I called Plaza back and headed back over. They were more than apologetic in expressing their oversite and replaced the sticker with the correct mileage No harm done…I’m just glad I live nearby. I was informed by the manager that on checking the car, that my power steering fluid looked like it had never been changed. fixed a unknown flat , had a screw in the tire, got it in and done in good time(oil change, tire rotation) didn't list the tread remaining on the receipt.

My wife's car developed a bad wobble in the front of the car. I called Plaza tire on a saturday morning and they got us right in. Turns out, one of the tires had separated and cord was showing. They had the correct tires in stock and replaced all of the tires for us. The car was ready by noon that day. Great service and friendly employees!

I live about a block from my plaza tire. Had a totally flat tire. They came and aired the tire enough to get it to the shop. That tire had to be replaced and other tires that weren’t holding air correctly were repaired. When the work was done I was able to pay over the phone and they brought my car back to me. I had a steer tire that was going down now for several months. I took it back to a nation wide tire dealer where I bought the tires, they were unable to fix my problem. When visiting family in Jackson, I was on my way home and saw your store. I had enough time that day to stop and see if your people could fix it. The oil change & tire rotation was perfect as usual. After I got home I realized I had been charged for the tire rotation. I called to ask why, and I was told there was no record of the plan I had bought with my tires and I would need to bring in a receipt for a refund. I wasn’t sure I still had the receipt and was told that was the only way to get a refund & he said you should have kept it in your glove box. I said I would look for it & he said ok and slammed the phone down. I called the cape store and they pulled up my name and it was right there in the screen. The guy was very nice and said he should have been able to see it when he typed in my name. I ended up finding my receipt & went back for my refund. Just a lot of unnecessary hassle for something the cape store never had a problem with.

Our 16 year old Grandson came by our house on a Saturday morning and told his grandpa that he had a screw in one of his tires and he stated he had not had an oil change since he got his drivers license, which was last July, and could grandpa help him find a place to take his car to get this done. Grandpa got up and immediately called Tyler at our Plaza Tire Center, which we use when we need a service done. Tyler booked him a time that would work with his basketball practice. They took the car down and grandpa introduced our grandson to Tyler as his newest customer. By the time basketball practice was over the call from Tyler came in to tell us he could come get his car. Our grandson was so Proud of the kindness that was shown to him for getting him back onto the road in such a short amount of time. (And that is important for all 16 years old.) I called for an appointment as I usually do, and I asked if I could leave the car in the morning and get it in the afternoon as I work nearby and can leave it all day. This has been the routine ever since I started taking my car here to be serviced. When I went to retrieve my car in the afternoon, they had not touched it. I was told that they had no way of knowing what the car was there for (even though I had called in the day before) unless I called them the morning I left it. The shop doesn't open until 7:30, and I need to be at work by them, so our practice has been that I leave the car with the key under the mat as there is no drop box. One of the workers even mentioned seeing my car and wondering about it, yet they pursued nothing. The person who usually answers the phone was on vacation this particular week.

It was great! Called the office and told them what service I needed. Took my car over, left the keys and a card that I wrote with my signature to give them permission to use my Plaza Tire Card for paying for servicing my car. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. They put my keyes, a receipt of the transaction, and wrote thank you for your business on the receipt. Called and told me to pick up my car it was finished. Continuing excellent consultation and service have led me to always rely on Jackson Plaza Tire for vehicle service. I am reasonably competent in vehicle repair and often do my own vehicle repairs. I came to this competence due having to correct errors or misdiagnosis at other service centers. I usually know what is wrong with my vehicles, but for various reasons choose not to do repairs. The Plaza Tire crew is always right on the money with diagnosis and can quickly and professionally repair most any problem. I am always pleased when the manager lets me know what the issue may be and, most importantly, gives me several options to consider. Often the manager (believe his name is Tyler) will make additional suggestions and options for items they discover, yet is never pushy when I decide not to do or buy the additional item The repairs are quick, the price is usually good, and entire staff is open and personable. The service tech got two grease spots on my seat and there was a small piece of wire left in the same seat. Also I told them they had left three bolts out of my skid plate and it was loose and rattling and I had to put a bolt back in myself. I haven’t crawled back under it but it is rattling again. I bought 2 new tires on Wednesday, and Friday 1 of them was flat. As my spare was not usable, I called Tyler at store 41 for someone to come to air up the tire so that I could bring it in for repair. Tyler offered no help, and stated that he couldn't provide road assistance. Luckily Jackson Tire Service came to air my tire, and upon examining the tire found that bead failure was the cause of the flat because my wheel had corrosion that prevented the bead from properly sealing. Tyler had been so concerned about getting me in and out in 30 minutes when I bought the tires that he didn't attend to proper installation techniques and apparently didn't even check for leaks once the tires were installed. If this bead failure had happened the previous day when I was on I-55 for 2 hours, it could have caused a serious accident. If I could give Plaza Tire negative stars, I would give them a - 10! I never intend to visit Plaza Tire again for any reason.

I will never but a single tire from Plaza Tire Service and you shouldnt either. We have had such bad luck so to say with a set of entyre 2.0 tires they sold us and pitched a sales like they were the greatest tire with amazingly the best price. We have had a flat tire more times on these 4 tires in the first year or two of their life than all the tires I've ever owned on any of my vehicles combined. We just went on vacation and having fixed a small leak twice in two days and according to the manager at Jackson Plaza Tire location it was 2 separate incidents. Well 3 days later we were driving about 4 hours to our vacation destination when we got a low tire light. Are you KIDDING!!! Luckily we were in a small town. We had them put on a new set of Firestone tires and couldnt be happier. I am free of this company and troubles they bring me. The ebd of a horrible experience!!!

They didn't tighten the oil filter. There was a leak clearly visible (drop every two seconds) with the motor running from/off the filter I took the vehicle back after a couple days visibility seeing oil leak from the filter. It was placed on a lift with the motor OFF (not under pressure)... no leak. Three technicians stood under my vehicle staring at it without attempting any diagnosis.(I saw this through a window) I was brought out to the shop and told my vehicle has been leaking oil for some time. With that being said...my vehicle DOES leak, has for years, there is residue on the underneath, but it is a oil cooler line that takes a substantial period of time to even become apparent on a concrete surface. This leak drips from the filter repeatedly and is clean, fresh oil. It creates a softball size puddle in minutes!!! After this return visit I placed the vehicle on a lift myself and found the filter no where near tight. It comfortably took a turn and a half to tighten. Subsequently the leaked STOPPED immediately!!! I returned once again after I fixed my own vehicle to inform the manager it was a loose filter and the conversation turned argumentative as he stood by the notion it was not them. I still cannot ascertain how I could have presented my case any clearer other than to say the filter leaked profusely before and after I tightened it, it clearly did not, STOPPED, NOTHING, NO DRIP!!! I left with simply having said I won't be back. In the managers defence he did offer my money back. I declined. I didn't go there looking for my money back. I simply wanted a apology and ownership of the incident. I receive neither. The manager returned to the shop shouting profanities. I cannot say to whom they were directed but found them inappropriate.

I am very disappointed in the men that work here. Told me my car failed inspection due to needing wheel bearing replacement. Mind you my car was not making any noise to suggest wheel bearing problems. I took it to another business and the did inspection removing the same tire that tire plaza did and no problems. Changed windshield wiper blade and passed inspection. And they charge higher than any others in the area if it did need replaced. Won't be going back.

The guy in charge implied that I would get $100 off if I put the purchase on my plaza tire credit card. He didn't mention that it was actually a $100 gift card. So, not a savings at all. And, I haven't seen the gift card yet! I doubt that I'll be buying anything else from plaza tire. And, if anyone asks me, I'll definitely not be recommending them to you.
